Relocation with Enhanced Moving and Storage, LLC
Tucson local moving company founded and ran by students at the University of Arizona. Our crew began moving together for various other companies during our freshman year. Three years later, we are seniors and know what customers want out of their movers. We are new to HireAHelper, however, we collaborated to found Enhanced Moving and Storage, LLC in February of 2021 and have since serviced over 4000 customers. If I could go back in time and hire All My Sons in Tucson, I would. All My Sons was less expensive, and had an excellent lead in charge of their crew at all times.
Put aside the damage Enhanced caused to my vehicle (reported), but add in the (unreported) damage caused to the lights of my contracted storage location. Do you know how embarrassing it is to field a call from a more-than-accommodating facility manager who is livid because not one, but two overhead lights were destroyed by people you hired? Who doesn’t know that all storage facilities have operating cameras? Tracking on entries and exits? Apparently, Enhanced is unaware of this technology.
Do yourself a favor, when it comes to Enhanced - Don’t!

Great customer service! There was a glitch in my first scheduled appointment. Christopher honored the appointment with a reschedule no charge. Helpers Harry and Dalton very personable, polite and good workersA+.

The loaders were very respectful and polite; however they arrived over an hour late, and they did not have the requested equipment. I had most items boxed. The job should have taken 2 hours with 2 loaders, but after 3 hours a third worker came to assist. The job took 4 hours with my son and I also moving boxes.
I had to change the pick up time for the loaded truck as the job was not ready for transport. This will delay the arrival time of my belongings to my final destination.
Chris did respond, but my job and time were not a priority. Chris did make some accommodation, but the bottom line is that this job was professional and certainly not organized well on the part of Enhanced Movers.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call with an accurate ETA followed by our arrival and getting right to work!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If it can fit into a box, pack it in one! This is the safest option for smaller items during transit. Also, keeping walkways as open as possible for us to carry/dolly your furniture/boxes to the truck definitely speeds up the job!
What types of moves have you handled?
We've tackled local moves, interstate moves, single-item deliveries, heavy furniture moves on the same property, load-only and unload-only jobs, and even a handful of just furniture assembly jobs!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving gets hectic and stressful. We love being movers because we get to take a load of stress off of our customers backs with our quick, efficient service and our flexibility with scheduling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our movers are trained on packing/stacking boxes and furniture in trucks in a manner that is safe for transit. Additionally, we teach them various techniques to leverage use of equipment such as various types of dollies, forearm straps, and tie-downs.
