Relocation with Enhanced Moving and Storage, LLC
Tucson local moving company founded and ran by students at the University of Arizona. Our crew began moving together for various other companies during our freshman year. Three years later, we are seniors and know what customers want out of their movers. We are new to HireAHelper, however, we collaborated to found Enhanced Moving and Storage, LLC in February of 2021 and have since serviced over 4000 customers. Good communication until the day of the move. Hired 3 people, of which 2 were sub contractors, and the owners staff was a no show so everything was moved by hand. I would have not received a credit for the no show had I not reached out to Hire a Helper and forced them to issue it. They finally had a Supervisor contact me to give me a credit instead of making an issue of such poor service. I will never again use Hire a Helper because they recommended these guys after the previous vendor cancelled 20 jobs on short notice which left me hanging. BEWARE!!!!

Showed up an hour past moving arrival window without even the courtesy of a call or text that they were running behind. After several phone calls to a line with a full mailbox finally got in touch with someone that they were at least coming to our home.
An hour past our start time two inexperienced kids show up with a dolly, I say inexperienced based on overhearing there conversation about the move, they appeared clueless on how to load the truck, and the fact neither of them knew how to maneuver furniture in or out of doorways. Our furniture was not exceptionally large or awkward and the big pieces were easily broken down but in the end that turned out to be a major downfall for us as instead of figuring out how to rotate furniture out or into a room most of the time they simply shoved it through with force.This was a load and unload move into a brand new home and EVERY doorway they went through in two homes was damaged, mattress covers were removed and dragged through home, couch was torn, brand new wash machine was scratched up and had paint streaks on it from front door, and items that were disassembled were not put back together properly. It got to the point were we just stopped having them put items in the place we wanted them because they had done enough damage.
The company we had hired unfortunately had to cancel pretty close to our move date and HireAHelper found enhanced moving as a replacement and I can now see why they were available, I’m baffled on the good reviews but those people must have had someone other than Brendan and Jordan because I would never recommend this company no matter how desperate you are.
I apologize that you are unsatisfied with your move. Unfortunately, because no furniture pads were provided, there is a high risk of damage to items while in transit. There is little we can do in that regard with things such as the thin bed sheets you provided.
I spoke to the crew about the doorways and they mentioned one incident involving one doorway with fresh paint. The crew reported back that they did not reassemble any furniture as there was nothing to be assembled aside from connecting two sectional pieces together.
Please provide photos of any damaged property via text to the number you’ve reached me at and I can help you with any repairs that need to be made.

Guys were later, around and hour due to the drive here, but started right away. Fast and efficient, polite. I would definitely recommend them. Very satisfied.

The whole process went great, the day before Chris (one of the movers) gave me a call to make sure everything was good to go. The day of the move I had to change my appointment time due to issues with Uhaul and Chris had no problems they moved me to their last job of the day without question. Then they even showed up early since they had free time which worked great since I ended up early as well.
During the move I had made sure to mark all boxes ahead of time as fragile if needed, but it didn’t end up being needed, they treated all my boxes and furniture carefully. It was my first time using movers so it was a little strange just standing aside and watching them, but they always asked where something should go when they brought it in and followed instructions. I hired them for 2 hours but I don’t have that much stuff and they never stopped going back and forth so we ended up done in half the time or less
Would for sure recommend them, the 2 guys they sent were great, quick, and careful

A call with an accurate ETA followed by our arrival and getting right to work!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If it can fit into a box, pack it in one! This is the safest option for smaller items during transit. Also, keeping walkways as open as possible for us to carry/dolly your furniture/boxes to the truck definitely speeds up the job!
What types of moves have you handled?
We've tackled local moves, interstate moves, single-item deliveries, heavy furniture moves on the same property, load-only and unload-only jobs, and even a handful of just furniture assembly jobs!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving gets hectic and stressful. We love being movers because we get to take a load of stress off of our customers backs with our quick, efficient service and our flexibility with scheduling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our movers are trained on packing/stacking boxes and furniture in trucks in a manner that is safe for transit. Additionally, we teach them various techniques to leverage use of equipment such as various types of dollies, forearm straps, and tie-downs.
