The two helpers who unloaded my Pod were deaf and communicated so well throughout the two hours. They were on time and finished right on time despite the huge job they were faced with. I just needed some helpers to move the big items from my place. I had everything broken down and ready to go. Thomas and Daniel came in, assessed what needed to be moved into the Uhaul, and got to work right away. They were great!! When we got to the unload location, they were great at being directed to the proper room for the items. Everything was where it should be so that I could just put it together! How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
