The men from M&M were AWESOME. They arrived ready to work, and work they did. They unloaded our stuff and put it where we asked. They figured out several maneuvers that were needed to get stuff upstairs. They were very courteous to both my wife and myself.

M&M movers did a great job unloading our U-Boxes. They were extremely fast while, at the same time, handling our items carefully and gently where required.

We have never had a worse moving experience. They showed up over 4 hours late. As a result we had to load our storage unit onto the truck ourselves. We then drove to our destination and unloaded the truck onto the sidewalk in front of the new apartment ourselves. Then the movers finally showed up and spent 2 hours moving the furniture into the apartment. They were slow, not careful with our furniture, left garbage, and blocked entrances for all other tenants. Then they tried to get me to sign off on six hours. They barely worked for two. Fortunately Hire-a-Helper took care of it, but please do yourself a favor and choose someone else to help you move.

Michael was on time and prepared to access the tools needed for the j ob. He was not only a hard worker, but meticulous in making sure that every detail was completed. He was respectful of my property and good. He was on property three different days and every time he came, he went right to the task and provided any follow up details. If I was to remain in the area, I would use them again. I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for the job to be not only complete, but done right the first time.

We hired them to move, (load/unload) our elderly parent to an assisted living. I had the time(message confirmation) and truck set up. The day before they called and changed the time. I was able to get the time changed for the truck. They called back later asked to change time back to original time. We told them no because I changed the time of the truck. Once truck was loaded they said they were done but I had hired for load/unload. The movers said that's not what they were told. We had to get family members to unload at the assisted living facility. I will say that The helpers did a good job loading the truck and were polite. However, I would not use this company again... It was a stressful day made worse with much confusion.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
