They were very helpful and positive. The older leader managed things well and was obviously experienced but the two younger ones did not seem to respect our possessions. They broke the leg off a desk from trying to move it around by themselves. They did not pay attention that the bottom was weak on one of the boxes and tried to move it with another box on top. The bottom one gave way and the contents spilled out. One thing broke but I can fix it.

Elvis and his guys did a fantastic job of unloading a very full, large POD unit at our storage room and then taking some of the furniture to our house. Devine and August were excellent in every way. They worked carefully, fast and very hard. They were a pleasure to go through a move with. The job was done in 2 hours as predicted and nothing was damaged. They did arrive 1 hour 10 minutes late, but had called to let us know the new eta. They drove from Norfolk to Richmond VA.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.
