Movers did a great job in the scheduled time. Friendly attitude and were careful with our furniture. Would definitely hire them again!

Although the 4 movers were on time and worked until our pods were empty, they were unfriendly as a group, required more direction than they should have needed as our boxes were clearly labeled, did not show care of our belongings or our house scratching our walls and damaging our furniture, and were disorganized. There was no clear team leader, which meant that all 4 individuals were doing their own thing rather than working as a team. We were very disappointed with our experience and would never recommend this company to anyone. These were the worst movers we have ever worked with.

Prompt, hard workers, and pleasant.
However, they were not very cautious with our belongings and packed extremely heavy items (large boxes of law books) on top of boxes marked fragile. They also placed very heavy items on top of our pedestal dining room table, so that when we unpacked, the pedestal had completely snapped and the table was a total loss. I would not hire again - even though they worked hard, not sure it was worth it to have our items so half-hazardously packed.

Our helpers were GREAT! Arrived on time and went right to work and expertly filled our portable storage container with our things. They were polite, professional, pleasant, and finished under the reserved time! OUTSTANDING experience! Definitely recommend!

Very nice people to deal with all the way around. I am so bad with names I can't recall them but this is the second time I have used this company. They do tend to work a bit rushed though and I have to repeat instructions to them and get their attention. They pack things pretty skillfully and are fairly gentle with fragile items. I did have one guy mention that they "accept gratuities" if I was pleased with their service which I thought was a little tacky. Despite this, I would recommend them. Might be worth it to pay for an extra hour buffer so that they don't feel so rushed.

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
