Poker was very professional and listened to all my instructions for loading my stuff. Darrell on the other hand was not very professional, and I had an issue with how he was Handling a fragile labeled container. Overall, their service was good. They were on time. They finish the task pretty fast, but I would expect a little more professional and easy-going people to be on the team who actually listens and treats my items with respect.
2nd response. Thanks for responding. You gave us 4 total complaints. #1 being Darryl washed his hands and used your last paper towel. It’s normal for us to wash our hands. This complaint is petty and ridiculous. #2 you were worried about how he carried a box. Your box was not broken during transport from your 10th floor studio to your pod. He safely stacked 2 boxes inside a rolling chair. We are always looking for ways to carry multiple items at once( especially when long carries are involved). #3 you were upset that he choose a shorter route to your pod. Instead of going through the basement, then your parking garage and across the street he choose to go through the lobby which cut the walking distance in half and is the primary reason we finished 30mins early. #4 you were upset he made one mistake and took a box(one box out of the entire move) to the pod that was supposed to go to your car. After you notified him he returned the box to your home. To give us a 3 star review is simply insane. Enjoy your new chapter in New Jersey Ms. Faiza T.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A client can expect clear communication and the professionalism of champions.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A crew that shows up on time with energy to work. Our crew members love what we do.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s best if everything is already packed away and to empty any dressers. The drawers in the dressers should be tapped down so they don’t open if not wrapped. Once we arrive sit back and relax.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve done all types from local to out of state. From jobs that require one item being moved to jobs that have taking 8hours. We don’t stop until it’s done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the smiles we put on people’s’ faces. A lot of our customers are impressed with our packing ability & continuous efforts to stay moving. Nothing better than knowing we made someone life a lot easier & less stressful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We teach all members our basic packing strategies & moving techniques. Each new member goes on jobs with a certified mover until they themselves become certified mover.
