They were late due to traffic which happens but the communication wasn't starting out well and honest already because the manager claimed they were there instead of updating me on the time. Then they insisted on doing the boxes first when I really hired them for loading and unloading bigger, heavier items like the furniture which in no surprise, it ended up being two trips. I was already pretty frustrated because I needed help with bigger items that they refused to listen to us about and on top of that, having to be charged two additional hours because I really needed the furniture moved but was limited time on the truck. The movers also stopped caring about being gentle with furniture towards the end. I ended up unloading the big furniture myself because it was all taking so long and getting careless. Then the manager harassed me quite a bit to ask hireahelper to charge me two additional hours. We tipped the movers well regardless because they were nice but the whole process was just frustrating, unprofessional, and more trouble than it's worth. I will not use their services nor hireahelper again.
