They were early actually, finished quickly, and did an excellent, expert job packing my
pod. Would definitely work with them again.

I ordered three people to come and pack my 26ft moving truck. They were delayed, but came with the necessary gear and got to work. The team was kind and worked the entire time. However, the issues are with the way the truck was packed. Many of the boxes labeled fragile, were packed on the bottom of the stack and were crushed by the weight. In addition, they created a cavity in the middle of the truck where lawn gear and furniture was just dumped and would inevitably get scratched or damaged. I ended up having to file a claim since many of our dishes were damaged and our kitchen table had friction rubs since they did not properly wrap the table. I originally left a high review because you are pressured to give 5 stars so the team can be paid an extra hour.

Showed up right on time, called ahead, asked lots of questions to ensure a smooth move, checked in throughout. All the movers were incredibly courteous and kind and offered so much help in things I didn’t expect!

To be best prepared for moving day, take care of your kids at pets, their safety and well-being remains our number one priority. And of course, the same goes for any pets you might own. We highly recommend to keep yours and family members personal documents, jewelry with you. Be careful not to misplace your keys as searching for them on moving day will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Make sure to unplug any electronics and appliances.

What training do you provide your crew members?
In order to exceed customer expectations we provide daily training on topics such as; proper lifting Technics, to prevent injuries from our team members. their safety its our priority. Proper furniture wrapping Technics to make sure customer households goods remain in the conditions found. We train our team in proper loading procedures, making sure the basics are covered when performing the job to make sure household goods do not get damaged during transportation. We also provide proper packing procedures
