They were patient and flexible with us as we had a lot going on! Moving from out of state was not easy but they helped greatly unloading our uhaul and getting everything to a third floor apartment in two hours.

However…
- we had to have discussions with them about not bumping things into walls/ceilings
- had to convince them to bring items in they insisted wouldn’t work.
- they stole all the money from our kids wallets and my husbands cologne… I didn’t realize this until after I gave them a 15% tip for mediocre service and they were long gone. I Will be filing a police report. Who steals from kids??

we are accountable for our work on daily basis. You can also count on us to arrive at your property promptly and in uniform. We will complete your move at a time that best fits your schedule.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared for moving day, take care of your kids at pets, their safety and well-being remains our number one priority. And of course, the same goes for any pets you might own. We highly recommend to keep yours and family members personal documents, jewelry with you. Be careful not to misplace your keys as searching for them on moving day will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Make sure to unplug any electronics and appliances.

the best part of being a mover is to see smiles in customer's faces, knowing that we went above and beyond for them to complete their move. to know that we are moving their lives belonging toward a new beginning is priceless.
What training do you provide your crew members?
In order to exceed customer expectations we provide daily training on topics such as; proper lifting Technics, to prevent injuries from our team members. their safety its our priority. Proper furniture wrapping Technics to make sure customer households goods remain in the conditions found. We train our team in proper loading procedures, making sure the basics are covered when performing the job to make sure household goods do not get damaged during transportation. We also provide proper packing procedures
