I would absolutely recommend Genesys again! Dwayne and his crew were on time, they communicated well, and they did excellent work! We were amazed at how quickly the crew got the truck packed and then unloaded, and they did it while maximizing space and taking care with fragile items or things that could be damaged. We couldn't be more pleased!

Not happy with their service. I had them load a 16 foot POD. When I attempted to unload the POD I could not open the door. After 10 minutes of trying to open the door, I determined the loaders did not tie in the mattress and box springs, put in last. In addition, a step ladder was place between the mattress and POD door. There was no space between the door and the loaded material. Found heavy storage containers on top of lightly loaded containers that crushed the tops of the containers. Would not use again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared for moving day, take care of your kids at pets, their safety and well-being remains our number one priority. And of course, the same goes for any pets you might own. We highly recommend to keep yours and family members personal documents, jewelry with you. Be careful not to misplace your keys as searching for them on moving day will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Make sure to unplug any electronics and appliances.

In order to exceed customer expectations we provide daily training on topics such as; proper lifting Technics, to prevent injuries from our team members. their safety its our priority. Proper furniture wrapping Technics to make sure customer households goods remain in the conditions found. We train our team in proper loading procedures, making sure the basics are covered when performing the job to make sure household goods do not get damaged during transportation. We also provide proper packing procedures
