I've used similar services in the past but this was a uniquely off-putting experience.
There were 3 movers total, 2 who did the bulk of the lifting and the 3rd I believe was the owner of Kiki's Movers. The crew showed up two hours late. I rec'd no acknowledgment/apology for the delay from the owner, nonetheless I was cordial - when I went to shake his hand on arrival he immediately averted eye contact while giving a brief, limp handshake. He wore a baseball cap displaying the phrase "Zero F***s Given" (spelled out, no asterisks) with a similar cap on his dashboard with "F*** You" scrawled on the front. Throughout the move this owner gave me what felt like a glowering, silent stare, which was just bizarre and unwarranted since I was nothing short of kind to him and his team.
While Chris' two assistants were very friendly and hardworking, the job itself was just okay: the crew did a poor job maximizing the space in my 26-foot truck, resulting in my having to rent an additional truck two days later to haul the rest of my belongings 4 hours to my new home. I also ended up with feet busted off of two pieces of furniture, but this could have certainly been caused in transit.
Since Chris made it abundantly clear that he gives "Zero F***s," this review will clearly not be used as feedback to improve his company's service and his people skills - so I'm writing this review for the benefit of potential customers. I would not use this service again.

The team led by Foday from Kiki’s Movers and included team members Danny, Jaheim and Champ are commendable. They helped us out with last minute notice and came ready with the most positive attitude to help complete the job no matter what. Foday led the team with meticulously thinking and working out details for larger and heavy pieces - they never gave up and was very professional to explain the process. They are responsible, hardworking and pleasant to work with- thank you again helping us finish the move.

Kiki’s movers were great! They kept me updated about their arrival time and even arrived early! The worked hard and were very careful with my antiques.
