Jeremy was professional, friendly, quick and patient. He was flexible in scheduling even though we needed help last minute. He was careful with our home and possessions and what is very accommodating. I will definitely be using him again and I will be recommending him for any of my friends that need moving labor help!

The movers were unprofessional & my family & I were threatened by one of the movers. I am not sure why. I had ADT at my residence & the man assisting me with my alarm was not sure why this guy was attacking me either. I should have called the police, but he advised me if I did call he would f...... kick the police ass too! I did not want to escalate the situation. I could not wait for him to leave! My boxes were thrown on top of my other boxes in the garage. The movers got a ride from someone & he sat in my driveway the whole time. Why was he sitting in my driveway? I was dealing with a 3 ring circus. I would never use this company again, by the way the guy that had disrespected me in my home said he owned the moving company. This company was referred to me by PODS. I wonder what they would think about the behavior of this individual?

These guys showed up a bit early and got started right away. They were careful with everything and took extra precautions to preserve it all, including bringing their own Saran Wrap (which we did t think of) to keep items held together and closed and protect them. Everything was stacked in the van very efficiently to conserve space. We hired them for two hours, but they finished the job in just over 1 due to how efficiently they worked. Amazing job! Also, super easy to get along with.

In this age where we get asked to leave reviews for every last thing we spend a dollar on, I pretty know just tune them out. But I am here to leave a 5 star review for this service, because it really was that good. Putting me in touch with Lloyds Moving and Labor LLC was amazing -- Lloyd was communicative, sensitive to my concerns, and a packing genius. Thank you - I am not easily impressed, and I was impressed.

Never showed. Hire-A-Helper had to find me a replacement, which showed up 5 hours later. This horrible experience ruined my whole moving day. Very unprofessional!

Lloyd and his team were amazing!
A) The communication was fantastic. I had to cancel last minute the first time and they were understanding and able to work with me for the rescheduling. Not only that, but when I called to confirm, there was complete assurance everything was covered. (And it was).
B) They showed up early and went right to work. Both were polite, respectful, personable, and i immediately knew we were in good hands.
C) They were focused, organized, systematic and thorough. I was stunned at how much they were able to fit into that truck. Truly, you couldn't pour a glass of water in there.
D) They got it all done in quick time, while still being careful with all the boxes and items.
