We booked with Lloyd's last minute (less than 24 hours notice) . They were able to come out right away. They got there early and were able to stay a little longer to get the job done! Very professional and friendly movers as well!

There was good and bad with there service. They were on time but no one left their car to knock on the door or ring bell to see if we were home. They called and sent an email from the driveway. The call did not go through the email went to junk mail. They did work hard. When they left we found our door jamb in the basement completely scratched and marked up. A hole in the ceiling right above the stairway after the scrapped up door jamb and two stairs cracked from being slammed into. They need to learn how to pack a truck without wasting so much space. After they left we unpacked the truck and fit everything they left in the garage.

We got a late start due to a previous job, they were completing, but once the helper arrived he didn’t hesitate to begin the job. His coworker arrived shortly thereafter, and since it was a small job, it didn’t take much. What I really appreciated was the care in handling my antiques, paintings, and a 4 ft. marble statue. Unfortunately for me, the job took less than an hour and I was locked in for a 2 hour minimum at $119 an hour! But, I would use the company again because they’ve established a good reputation.

Movers were on time. They moved quickly and were attentive to directions on where to put things. They got done with the primary job of moving some heavy and unwieldy furniture from the U-Haul to my new 2nd floor apt in 14 minutes! Amazing job. They then unloaded 1/3rd of my PODS container that was delivered earlier than expected. They worked another hour on that and I released them early so they could get to their next job with time to spare. Very polite, efficient movers who hussled and did everything I expected and more. Would book again in a heartbeat!!

Packed heavy items on top of furniture that could not handle the weight. Once I arrived to my destination many many things were broken because of that. Would never ever use them again.
