Workers arrived 40 minutes late, at 10:40am They were supposed to arrive between 9 and 10 am
The items are stacked on the sides of the unit, with wide open space in the center. The boxes contain fragile items. There was an attempt to tie the items to secure them. I questioned them about it. The lines are loose.
When called to have the loading corrected, i was told I would have to pay another $400. This is unacceptable.
The workers parked in my driveway and left oil stains.
Regarding the delay, the packing concerns, and the oil stains — I understand how frustrating this must have been, and I take your feedback seriously. I would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to learn more and make this right.

Three great movers—called when on way and arrived on time. Before beginning to load POD walked through house with me to see what needed loaded & plan based on amount, size, weigh. Careful with furniture/boxes and with the house (difficult staircase, walls, handrails, etc.). Worked well as a team. I definitely would use them again.

I had a frustrating experience with this moving company. The movers were two hours late, citing car troubles. When I asked for more details about the issue, the response I received seemed dismissive, making me think the delay was due to oversleeping rather than any legitimate problem. One of the movers worked diligently, but the other seemed quite lazy. They packed my items without much care, and I’m genuinely worried about potential damage. I would not recommend this service and certainly won’t be using it again. Additionally, if you’re handling someone’s belongings, please wear appropriate sneakers that are tied.
Throughout the move, no concerns were raised, nor were we contacted about any issues. Had we been made aware, we would have addressed them immediately. Despite this, you were refunded in full as a courtesy, and an apology was provided, along with an acknowledgment of your feedback.
To reiterate—only one mover was late due to car troubles, not both, as I have clarified multiple times. Regardless, we understand punctuality is important and have addressed this internally.
While we respect your decision not to use our services again, we stand by the fact that we handled the situation professionally and fairly. We wish you all the best moving forward.

Horrible inexperience
The workers scratched my wood floors, I had to comp the buyers of my home $500 to remedy that situation.
The 2 workers were good until they smoked weed during their working hours. Then the quality went down.
I also can’t find my silver bracelet with all of my kids names on it. Heirloom from my deceased mother. So….
I would NOT recommend to anyone!!!!
