Very good service on phone and texting. The reps were knowledgeable and made the process very smooth. We were ahead of schedule over Christmas.

Good phone contact for sale of service, but a lot of smoke blown when delivery of first POD to final destination was delayed by seven days due to "warehouse construction" Second POD was picked up and delivered as scheduled.

I only moved boxes of my things. I did not move any furniture. They did a fabulous job. The drivers who delivered the POD and picked it up were courteous and obviously knew what they were doing..

PODS was a bit more than I expected. Customer service transposed some numbers on my address and the driver for drop off had some issues and directed his frustration out on me. He did apologize several times though. Other than that communication fromPODS is excellent.

Notification of the drop off between 5 and 9pm the day before delivery is very inconvenient. Not knowing the time until so late prevents scheduling helpers effectively because they might be scheduled before the container is delivered,

Very disappointed with PODS! We still had to get a UHaul trailer to hitch on the back of Hubby's truck to get all of out things from Florida to South Carolina! When we discussed the issues with the Representative she lied to us & then only communicated via another Representative! This was my first & last time every using them & wouldn't recommend them to my enemies! We ended up having to get two separate hotels! One because the company they recommended to load us milked the damn clock & we were to tired to get right on the road & then too tire when we got to our storage in Summerville & was too tired to drive the last two miles after rearranging our storage unit & putting all of the items in storage!

The Pods delivery technician worked carefully to assess the best placement of the container. Both on delivery and pickup, the technician did a masterful job of managing the container.

This was an easy load job for friends and family to load, however, due to illnesses, I hired POD worker referrals to complete the job as noted above

the only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star is the fact that you have no control on the time of delivery on the scheduled day of delivery. This makes it impossible to schedule mover help with pod delivery. If there is an option to have the pod dropped the day before it is definitely the better option.

PODS people were outstanding from the onset thru the end pickup of my POD. Would definitely use PODS again!! PODS offers options that equal Lots of benefit's, especially when life throws a curve ball.

Smaller than I expected.

The PODs people were all on time, courteous, and contacted us ahead of time to say they were on the way. We were contacted via text and email about all thed steps on the way. I would recommend PODs. Having gone through the process from beginning to end with PODS, I STRONGLY recommend calling versus using the website. In fact, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE TO BOOK: CALL!!!!! Too many questions unanswered on the website. However, when we called, the person on the other end answered all our questions, walked us through the process, and booked everything for us! We knew exactly what we were ordering, dates, locations, dates, and costs. EXCELLENT 1:1 customer service!

8-foot container was perfect for a small move. Excellent customer service and planning/updates through web portal and text. Hired pros to pack/unpack so no worries. Only way to go. Pricing was excellent for an out-of-state move. Definitely would use again.

Huge thank you to the POD drivers who helped me. My original driver ended up having an issue with delivering my POD but was VERY helpful with advice to get it sorted and to get another driver to fulfill the delivery. Truly saved the day.

POD arrived on site (Seattle) on time. Very friendly. They picked it up on time and delivered to my Tampa location on time. I did have some issues with the delivery where my dashboard kept losing my shipping date request, had to call in multiple times to get that fixed. I also requested access to my POD months in advance, then double checked weeks in advance. The day of, I was told there was nothing on the schedule for me. I explained my situation and they were able to fit me in. I think the back and forth of delivery dates and access dates is the only reason why they didn't get a 5-star rating from me. Note, we just barely fit everything into our POD after breaking down most of the furniture and getting rid of a bunch of furniture. I think their sizing suggestions are a bit off.

Good way to transport our belongings

Unfortunately PODS representative miscalculated the described contents of our home that would fit into the largest PODS container leaving us scrambling to find another container service to load the remaining items. PODS did not have any available containers that met our tight move schedule which lead to a whole other set of problems with another transport co.

The PODS service is awesome. They showed up on time for drop off and pick up. They are storing our belongings while we wait for our house to be completed. It was very easy to book and makes moving a lot easier

It worked out and convenient for how we had planned for our move. There was hiccup on delivery but straightened out by the manager in scheduling.

The drivers are wonderful, the phone staff not so much.

In this area (Central PA, Marietta, Columbia, Elizabethtown), availability for drivers is VERY limited. Be willing to schedule your dropoff and pickup times WELL in advance (1-2 weeks) or risk being charged more for your container. The driver was VERY new and not confident and, while they did their best, ultimately did a very poor job placing the container in our complex.

PODS is a GREAT CHOICE

Late everything, payment issues despite my credit card company verifying everything. Just a mess. Thankfully, the moving company stepped in flexibly.

The guys dropping off and picking up the PODs were great every time. The booking and working with their call center however was a tedious and long process, though ultimately helpful. They made changing pickup/dropoff dates easy. They were not clear that the POD wouldn't be shipped to the new city until I'd scheduled it, so the delivery was delayed by a week, because I thought the POD would be shipped to the new city and then you were just arranging the dropoff date. But you have to schedule every step of the process. Overall, if you have the space for a POD in a driveway and are not in a hurry, it's a good way to move.

2 days late for first pod and likely 9 days late or more for second pod

Pretty good, I got a 16 foot container and packed up a few rooms. It was more than enough space. I am delivering it to the warehouse first, I have yet to pay to deliver it to my future address.

no issues with PODS other than they provided a list of recommended movers to choose from and now I have had my things stolen.

Delivered the POD in the window they scheduled. Did not cause any issues to my drive way. Charged my card of only what was agreed to.

Warning! Always buy the minimum amount of time for moving help to load these. The Website was not clear that I would not get a refund of unused hours. In regard to the delivery of the PODS container, that was interesting watching the person control the movement with just a remote control, but he positioned it perfectly so I could still get my car in and out of my garage.

Motivated Movers Chuck and Anthony Motivated Movers Bradenton FL sent Chuck and Anthony to my home to unload my 16' POD. Motivated Movers promptly sent me confirmation of my request and emailed me to re-confirm as the date became closer. Chuck and Anthony dutifully texted me as promised when they were 30 minutes from my home for arrival. They arrived right on time and met with me to discuss my expectations and further directions, and then went straight to work. I couldn't believe they unloaded the POD in just 2 hours, which included minor assembly of a dining table, shelves, and then moving boxes for me to make it easier for me to unpack with severely arthritic hands that don't work well any more. I couldn't have been more pleased with their dependability, strong work ethic, and their cheerful, respectful behaviors that felt sincere and uplifting during a very stressful time for me. I will request Chuck and Anthony if I need a helping hand in the future. They were amazing and a God-send to me that day.

The pod must have been stored in an area that had a leak. My king & queen mattresses & box springs were ruined. My boxes got warped from getting wet. Was rat poop on some boxes. This is what happened to me but I know people who were luckier.

Pods worked great for us, and they were accomdating and reasonably priced
