POD is a great way to move.

I underestimated the size of POD needed and added a 2nd one at the last minute and PODS was able to accommodate my request.

Delivered on time and in correct location

I had PODS drop off a container and they ripped up my front yard. I have a 2 car wide driveway and plenty of room for them and for some reason they had to drive in the grass. My guess is that the POD was on the truck the wrong way and they were to lazy to take it off and turn it around so they just drove in the grass.

They carried things from my pod with ease.

Driver was on time and did his job in a professional manner. Picked up the next day right on time. POD was clean and worked perfect.

The 16' POD has not arrived, yet.

The entire process was relatively easy. I was caught off guard at the final fee. I thought the drop fee was included in the transport fee. IMHO, just lump it all into one price; I felt nickled and dimed by the end.

I haven't had an issue yet but I also haven't seen how things arrive!

Good value, good service. I wish I could know the delivery window earlier than the night before,. I was also surprised to learn that there are no pick-ups or deliveries on Wednesdays, so plan accordingly.

All you had to worry about was loading and unloading. so nice not to worry about all the other logistics when you move

PODS is such a cost-effective and practical way for major moves :) ! It's also really nice that the POD container is parked at one of the PODS warehouses until you get to your destination. Then it gets released to your destination once you are there, which really helps for peace of mind that it doesn't arrive at your new location before you do :) !

The container was very clean and delivery was right on time. The rolling overhead door was a bit hard to open. It was sticking a bit when opening.

I really like the POD company. They stored my pod for several months at a reasonable cost, and they delivered right on time. Twice. The driver, Ed, who was unbelievably good and helpful, could not deliver the pod as scheduled because the location was blocked. But he made an extra effort to redeliver my things the next day despite a snowstorm that left the area blanketed and difficult to drive in
