Our movers were a tad late due to terrible Atlanta traffic, but once they arrived they truly made our move a success! Eternally grateful for their hard work and dedication to helping us move.

They did a good job when they got here, but all that was left to move in was three pieces of furniture. I had to do the rest because they were over 2 hours late and I had to have the rental trunk turned in by a certain time. They were scheduled to be here at 3 and arrived around 5:20. So really they only did maybe 20 mins of work total but I still paid the full amount (2 hours). The plans for the day were definitely all rearranged because of the extreme tardiness and I had to change plans for my dog to make sure he was out of the way when they did finally arrive.

THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY EVER......THEY COSTED US ALOTTT OF MONEY. THEY CHARGED US AND BROKE, CHIPPED FURNITURE, DAMAGED OUR GARAGE DOOR. DRAGGING MY FOOTBOARD, TO A $6500 BEDROOM SUIT. THIS COMPANY WAS MY BIGGEST REGRET IN MOVING AND THE GUY YOU BOOK WITH DOESN'T CARE. I THINK THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO BE CRIMINALS OR HOMELESS PEOPLE THEIR HIRING OFF THE STREETS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE ??....

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! On the morning of our move, our mover NEVER SHOWED UP. Not only did the mover never answer or return our calls/texts, but the company itself failed to inform us that their mover was unable to show despite knowing FOUR DAYS prior! This completely caused us to miss our reserved freight elevator and loading dock reservations at both locations, we had to extend our truck rental, and turned our simple half-day move into a 20 hour hellish experience (we had to hire another company last minute that couldn’t show until the afternoon). Most disrespectful of all, when we called Day&Night Movers to pay for our new movers’ charge due to the disaster that they put us through, the man on the phone LAUGHED and HUNG UP! This isn’t a company, it’s a joke garage business run by the most incompetent and unprofessional people on the planet. STAY AWAY.

The guys were extremely nice but we unfortunately had some issues along the way. They arrived 2.5 hours later than I expected based on the originally agreed upon time. There was also some damage done to both houses during the process of moving. Stairs chipped, walls marked and holes, brand new hardwood floors scratched and a screen door handle broken off.
