EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I am incredibly happy that I booked Smart Move LLC to take care of my belongings! They were extremely professional, prepared and above all just really friendly. They had the unfortunate task of unloading our 16ft POD container and moving all of our furniture and boxes up 3 flights of stairs, but managed to do it all so efficiently and with the utmost care! It was such a big task!! I cant thank them enough for all of their hard work and professionalism! I will 100% be booking with them again in the future!

I was all ready to leave an excellent review. I mean there was a delay I probably should have been informed of before I called to see why my movers didn’t show up on time and we got started three hours late, causing a missed afternoon appointment and my truck to be returned two hours late. All that said, the two men who moved me were polite, hard-working, efficient, and friendly. They truly saved the experience for me. Then….I discovered four unused brackets and one missing screw from the bed frame they reassembled (after disassembling it to move it). I’m not mad - it’s a tough assembly - however I am going to have to re-do it. Even with that, I’d use Smart Move again. The positives by far made up for the negatives.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
