Josh and Eric were on time, worked very hard and very fast. They were very careful with everything and very courteous. I am 100% pleased with the move and would absolutely use them again. I would highly recommend Smart Move!

My movers arrived early for a 7:00 am start time and worked very hard to get the job completed in under the allotted two hours. They worked fast and were careful at the same time. I was extremely please with their work.

They were unprepared for the job. They came with no hand truck, no dolly and no rope cutters. They had to leave the job for one hour to rent a dolly. My furniture came into my home damaged. If it was damaged during shipment, then it should have been brought to my attention WHILE IT WAS ON THE TRUCK; instead, I pointed it out when it was in my home to the movers. They said that the furniture probably shifted during the move. Again, it should have been pointed out after it was unwrapped on the truck.
On the positive side, they were on time and they did work hard, but I feel that they were unprepared and my furniture was damaged.
I would not use them again.

The two young guys arrived on time, were ready to go, got right to work, and made sure they put things where we told them to. They worked constantly, even skipping lunch until after they had finished. Whenever they noticed that my wife or I needed help with something, they helped us. Besides being careful as they unloaded and placed items, they were very courteous and respectful towards us. We would definitely use them again, and we will let our friends and neighbors who might need assistance with moving know the great job that these two guys did.

The guys showed up on time and were ready to work. We only about 45 minutes of work for them but they tackled everything we threw at them in that short time period.

Let me say that the guys that came were very personable. I would sit and have a beer with them but would probably not have them load my belongings. Things were tightly packed which was great. However, in the process they nicked, dinged furniture, removed parts that didn't get put back on (in fact 2 parts were just left on the pod. The top of my mattress had debris on it. Looked like it was laid on the ground. For the unpacking part one guy was 1/2 hour late which I had to point or to the crew. Then I was overcharged at the end because when I went to release payment I could not reach a human on the phone. Still waiting to see if I get reimbursed. Would not use them again.

The two guys that came to me house were both very polite. In addition they were quick and efficient while be careful not to damage my things or my house. I would highly recommend them. They are not like the hourly lolly gaggers that some companies produce, they are true professionals.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
