The two gentlemen sent to unload our moving van were exceptional in every possible way. Unfortunately I cannot remember their names, but they were prompt, polite - actually, friendly - very careful, focused and finished earlier than we had expected. We would have invited them to stay for dinner had we not just moved here and so had nothing to offer by way of food.

I was pleased with service I received from Smart Move. Once I confirmed the job and told them what I needed, everything went perfectly. The two movers arrived on time and were extremely polite, organized and very hard working. Our belongings were handled carefully and they packed the moving truck very well. Top marks.

Both guys were very helpful. I would say that they might need some training on how to handle customers goods. Nothing was "Damaged" in the move, but they did put a leather sofa on its side on concrete instead of flipping it upright. I would also say they needed company tee shirts. I would not have known who they were unless I asked.
But over all I was pleased with them and feel I recieved good help for a good price.

Great movers! courteous and on-time. they were very careful with all of my belongings and were very friendly and nice to work with. I have a very heavy piece of furniture that they had to navigate around a staircase turn & they did a fantastic job. highly recommended. will use them again when I move next year.

Billy and Jermaine went above and beyond in moving my furniture and boxes into my apartment. They showed up early, asked where I wanted everything to go, were very respectful, and very careful with my things. They even followed me to Wal-Mart to pick up some furniture and assembled it for me. I would highly recommend them!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
