They were nice, but slow. I had to pay an extra for hour unloading. Which I was told was unreasonable to take that long to unload. I had 3 pieces of furniture damaged. They had NO tools with them. They could not get the door to the pod open. If my son had not been here I don’t know if anything would have been done. I had requested Renee, but did not get because of Pods Window of arrival. Don’t you guys coordinate between Helpers and Pod arrival? Because of the 5 hr difference all my ice cream melted in the ice chest.

Absolutely terrible at loading a POD. I constantly had to point out things they loaded wrong, or were missing covers/tops, not being wrapped, not taken apart to save space. The movers also did not provide their own tools, which fortunately I let them borrow, but now a few tools of mine are missing. On top of that, the entire time they assured me everything would fit, but they got about 2/3 of the house loaded because of the inefficient way they were packing, so now I need to order another container. Absolutely terrible and would advise against using.

The guys were great! They were very careful with everything and efficient when packing. I could not believe all my things fit in the 16’ PODS with room to spare. I highly recommend Texas Top Tier Movers!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
