The crew arrived closer to the end of the arrival window, but called well in advance to let me know they were running behind schedule. The crew did not securely wrap expensive furniture items or tie down appropriate items into the POD storage unit. They did work hard and were respectful of my property.
In addition, I was unaware this service provider did not refund any unused time when I booked the service. I added an additional hour in the event it took longer, with the idea that I would be refunded the amount unused. This was not clearly stated at the time of booking.
Overall, I would be mindful when using them again. I hope nothing shifts or is damaged in the POD.

The guys were nice, but they were late. They say due to a flat tire, but I'm not so sure.
Some of our items got broken during the move.

I moved from Idaho to Texas via U-Pack. Marcus and Mike were absolutely wonderful. They called ahead of time to let me know that they would be running a little late due to traffic, And still arrived within the 8-9am window. They were prepared for the job and unloaded the truck less time than expected. They were both very cheerful, efficient and helpful. They completed the job in less time than expected, and worked very hard during the time they were there. I was extremely pleased with this company from booking in advance to unloading the truck at the storage room. I would highly recommend your services, and will call to schedule with you when it is time to move into a home. Thank you!

They did not utilize the space of the truck, was not able to get all me belonging into the truck. Had to have someone else to reload thectruck. wasted a lot of time moving one box at a time. Would never use them again, we never recommend them

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
