This crew worked very hard for us. They had to go up three flights of stairs with a bunch of our junk, and they were very lighthearted, and I kept a good attitude the whole time. I would highly recommend this crew. They worked fast and efficiently, and I would definitely use them again.

Our two guys were late and unresponsive. I wouldn't have minded them being late if they were responsive to my calls so that we knew they were still coming. We had a tight window to offload our truck so we started offloading it ourselves. The guys did show up late but they were helpful once they arrived. Ultimately it was the lack of communication that frustrated us the most. Moving is stressful and your movers aren't supposed to add to the stress.

The first crew that arrived was good and quick, but they were not able to get the job done in the allotted time and could not stay over to finish the job. So I had to contact the company and create a new job order to have more loaders come. These guys were not good. They didn’t want to be there and basically threw my items on the trailer with very little care. One of my grandfather’s antique cabinet was totally destroyed and a couple of other furniture pieces sustained major damage. I am afraid I am not able to give any kind of recommendation to this company.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When a customer books with TTT expect professionalism across the board. You will receive consistent communication answering all questions, concerns and providing recommendations as needed. Customers are encouraged to give additional details they feel is relevant to the move.

On moving day you can expect... * updates on arrival times. *Movers will show up on time with positive attitudes ready to see your move through.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To ensure you get the most out of your moving experience we recommend: *Packing all small/ loose items. *Label all fragile boxes (Preferably on multiple sides) *Emptying out dressers/hutches. (Doing so helps prevents damage) *Provide or request moving blankets to protect furniture. *Provide or request ropes or straps. (to stabilize with)
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crew has handled moves of all calibers from simple rearrangements to short term moves to multi-stop moves to long distance moves. We have dealt with: *moving an individual into a studio apartment *families into their first homes *Moves in mansions/ large estates (largest to date is 80 acre property!) *Medical and business offices, Restaurants, gyms.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
As movers our favorite part of the move is the relief, instilled confidence and joy we bring our clients when they see that they are in good hands. There are tons of reasons why moves are stressful, we're glad we can do our part to make the loading and unloading portions the easy part for you!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are required to undergo our "rookie-vet" training. Our "rookies" are required to join one of our seasoned crews. During this time learning moving techniques and ideologies is their main focus while assisting our "vets". -Side note: When you see an extra mover on the job don't worry, there is no additional cost to you!
