The movers that showed up were very cool. Great group of guys. Got the job done in the time frame they were given. No incidents and they were fun to work with. Only grievance I have is with the owner. I booked this job several weeks in advance. Put in all the details of the items that needed to be moved. Including a safe I needed to move. I spoke with him the week before the move to confirm the order and the moving details. Nothing was brought up in regards to special requests to make the move happen. Day before the move I receive a call from the owner to again confirm the move. At that time I am informed by the owner that I will need to go rent a dolly to move the safe. This information was provided weeks in advance and he knew about the safe. We discussed it in detail and not once did he mention that they would do it but I would have to provide the equipment. Day before the move is pretty short notice and I should not have been asked to provide the equipment. If you can’t do the job, don’t take it. Luckily I was allowed to take an appliance dolly from a U-Haul center after I described my situation to them. Had it not been for the free dolly I would have provided a worse review and would have had some discussion after the move was completed. Other than that they did a great job.

I wish I could give 10 stars. These guys were the most awesome movers/loaders we have ever had. Their attitudes, conversation, music and work ethic was just so pleasing. And they packed the truck with precision - we've never seen a truck packed so carefully and tightly. They magically fit everything in. This was the most pleasurable experience we have ever had moving - I wish I could take them with me for every move. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be disappointed.
