We hired BB Hauls through Hire a Helper a week or so before our moving day. The morning of, they didn’t show up, disconnected their phones, and we were left high and dry. Hire a Helper finally got ahold of them and we were able to reschedule for later that afternoon (after jacking up our schedule to work around their absence). They were set to arrive at 3:00 and did not show up until almost 4:00. They were rough with our belongings and my husband had to help them the entire time to get everything done in the 2 hrs they were hired for. Overall, HORRIBLY disappointed. I will NEVER hire or recommend BB Hauls to anyone.

The two young men ( college student football players) did an excellent job. Arrived early and unloaded the large moving truck efficiently. Did not complain when truck did not start and could not be moved to a more convenient location. Personable and respectful workers. Highly recommend.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We train four crew on an ongoing basis. All crew members are background-checked, and drug tested, 100% of the time. We train our crew on customer service, customer satisfaction, packing, lifting and safety.
