Communication was great prior to arrival. Service Just ok. Arrival time was late. I chose them based on stellar reviews. Maybe I got the C team. All I needed was to help pack my trailer. Very haphazard packing. Wardrobe boxes should be upright correct? Mine were thrown in sideways. Who knows what the hanging clothes will look like after traveling. Two hour minimum and they were “done” in less than one hour. Rip off considering how poorly my belongings were treated. I would not use them again.

The gentleman that came to my home to move a aquarium from my garage to my basement came prepared. They were very respectful of my property and goods. Very Professional!!!! I would recommend hiring these gentleman again. Thanks BB Hauls.

The two guys that came were nice and respectable, however they broke several items, scrapped up two walls, solicited help from property manger. In the beginning they asked where things went and as time went on they just left everything piled in the living for me to sort. My dad at one point had to guide them nohow to move the furniture, thats what he did before retiring. They consistently stopped to get water, which was coo, but it was obsessive. I don't think I will be call BB Haul again, if these are workers they send out.

I regret hiring BB Hauls, sadly. They were very nice but extremely slow and didn't use all of the blankets provided when packing my truck and I had SEVERAL furniture items damaged. It's my fault for not reading the agreement and filling out the form prior to my move about the value of my items, but nothing will be replaced as a result. Again, that part was entirely my fault. My advice is that regardless of what company you hire for your move.....Fill out that information.

Akin and Quentin were on time, polite and efficient. They worked carefully but still completed the job with time to spare; everything was put in its proper place, and nothing was damaged. All in all they were a pleasure to work with, and I would be delighted to use them again.

The guys were so great! They did the way I wanted and were so efficient! They managed to finish in an hour though they can take upto two hours.
More than anything is the flexibility they've given me until my shipment arrives. I wish could address them namely to further appreciate their performance to my satisfaction!!!

What training do you provide your crew members?
We train four crew on an ongoing basis. All crew members are background-checked, and drug tested, 100% of the time. We train our crew on customer service, customer satisfaction, packing, lifting and safety.
