The gentlemen did arrive within the timeslot provided, but they left an hour early (they worked two hours out of the three that I booked). They were selective on what they moved, and moved only a fraction of the items that they should have been able to move. They left the heaviest items behind, and I had to hire another moving company to move (which they did in half the time, in fact, they moved twice the items in 2 hours than this company). We found them in the container on their cell phones between each move of an item. Would not recommend.

The two helpers that showed up were painfully sliw and had no idea about proper loading of a moving truck. They kept telling me truck was full, when it was only partially packed. They didn't stack the boxes, or use my furniture pads... resulting in damages to my furniture. When it comes to these helpers...proceed with caution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We train four crew on an ongoing basis. All crew members are background-checked, and drug tested, 100% of the time. We train our crew on customer service, customer satisfaction, packing, lifting and safety.
