Relocation with Little Justins Moving Co.

At Little Justin's, we understand that your belongings aren't just items; they're a part of your life, filled with memories and sentimental value. That's why we treat your assets and cherished possessions as if they were our own. Moving is more than just relocating; it's a transition in your life. Trust Little Justin's Moving Company to make this transition smooth and worry-free. Collaborate with us, and together we'll craft a personalized moving strategy tailored to your timeline, budget, and preferences. Our team is not just professional but also friendly and approachable. Feel free to ask questions or share any concerns – we've got you covered! Before packing for your move, consider making a list of services needed, such as items to be moved, required packing materials, disassembly/reassembly requests, and special handling for items like antiques or appliances. If you choose not to have the moving company pack for you, follow these helpful tips: - Pack books and heavy objects in smaller boxes for easier lifting, while placing lightweight/bulky items in larger boxes. - Use wardrobe boxes for packing clothes, allowing you to hang garments easily. - Opt for uniform box sizes to facilitate stacking on the moving truck. - Fill boxes completely to prevent collapsing when stacked, and avoid packing fragile items too tightly to prevent breakage. - Seal boxes thoroughly with packing tape on both the bottom and top to secure items. - Mark boxes with content details, destination room, fragility, needed timing, and other relevant information. - Wrap small or fragile items individually to prevent damage or loss. - Ensure easy access to items you'll need immediately upon arriving at your new home, as the last boxes loaded are usually the first to be unloaded. - Create an inventory list to help both you and the moving crew identify items efficiently. - Whenever possible, repack items using their original boxes and packing materials, especially for electronics. - Certain items, such as money, securities, valuable papers, and jewelry, should be personally packed due to their importance and are at your own risk. - Movers will not handle flammable items like aerosol cans, paints, gasoline, oils, etc.

Great service. The guys arrived early and started straight away! They treated my expensive furniture like it was their own . They far exceeded my exxpectations they tied down everything in the truck which I totally forgot about. When they unloaded the truck and my entire furnishings in storage they shrunk wrapped my matress and again complete the job as promised and with great care and professionalizm.

For two youngmen they confducted themselves very professionaly and with supurb manners and politness.

I will use them myself in the future and will recommend them with great confidence

Mover's response:

Since I knew I would have the free (except for gas) use of a Prudential moving van and just needed strong people to move furniture, I checked out Hire-a-Helper and after reading the reviews, made arrangements with Little Justin’s of Ephrata. Four courteous young men: Harold, Jonathan, Brad, and Keith, showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and I showed them the massive wardrobes and other hideously heavy and bulky pieces that had prompted me to go with paid movers rather than accepting the offers of friends. I also pointed out the sharp corners and tight stairwells they would have to get around with the heavy, bulky pieces of furniture. I had expected the four to look worried, perhaps even terrified at the daunting task and was prepared to tell them if they needed to use expletives, it would not faze me after 35 years of teaching junior high. Did they look worried? Um no. Will I be featured in their company’s book of their most challenging jobs? Um, no. (Well, except, perhaps for exposure to copious amounts of dust.) The young men moved not only the pieces that I had to have moved today to make room for flooring and painting jobs, but also helped me pack up display items to clear other pieces I wasn’t planning to move for weeks because I had assumed they wouldn’t have time for all of it. They literally moved twice as much furniture as I had counted on, most of it involving stairs at both ends of the trip. Damage? I think I have to use 2 milliliters of glue and one dab of paint. Oh, and clean one scuff mark. I would definitely use them again……except, since they moved virtually everything already, I probably won’t need them, but I would recommend Little Justin’s Moving Co. to anyone else in need of moving labor help.

Mover's response:
Thank you Connie for this stellar review. We were at first skeptical with such expensive art work and the beauty of it. But were glad you were satisfied. This is the type of service we always strive to give every customer ! We wouldn't have it any other way.

The 2 man crew for Little Justins Moving Co. was on time, well groomed, polite, courteous and worked very efficiently. A very professional job. They were very respectful of our posessions.

I would definately use them again and recommend them to others.

Their dollies even had protective fitted pads on them.

Mover's response:
Thank you Jeffery! It's great to hear that you were pleased with our work as well as our appearance! We do use the protective fitted pads on all of our dollies to keep your things from being scratched! We take care of our customers property as if it were our own!

I must say that I am very impressed by Little Justins Moving Co. They were on time and moved very large pieces of furniture from a tight second floor apt. They did not damage or scratch anything considering how large everything was to move down a flight of stairs. The guys that showed up were the most pleasant and well manned considering the job that they had to do. I am going to call them again if needed and I have already told people how GREAT they were! Thanks again. Donna A. from PA.

Mover's response:
Thank you very much Donna! We were happy to be able to assist you with your move! We're glad to hear that you were very pleased with all of our hard work! We do a lot of training so that we are prepared to be able to move furniture an other items from tight spaces. Hope to hear from you again if ever needed!

Two caveats to my review. First, I found Little Justin's at the last minute, so they may not have sent their "A" crew to my job. Second, I was not there for the load, and relied on a friend to manage the pack, so I probably got all that I deserved:-) The dispatcher was very nice and professional. When my load got to the new house (out-of-state), however, the pack was a loose and a bit sloppy. The crew on the arrival side said that the cargo could have been arranged in 10 fewer linear feet of trailer space. They ultimately forgot to load the washer, dryer, and garage refrigerator, perhaps because they ran out of room. They also didn't pack my car wash supplies box because it contained chemicals. The lesson here is that I'd use Little Justin's again, but I would want to be there for the load.

Mover's response:
Jeff were glad to accommodate you on such short notice to load your 52ft ABF trailer. Sorry for the confuses. We loaded what could fit and at the end your friend was told when we got to the 30ft line in the truck that not everything would fit in the truck from your 6 bedroom house and 3 car garage. But the last 10 linear feet of the trailer was all the outside deck furnisher and vases. With the long drive out-of-state we did have the end a little lose so NO DAMAGES. Glad there was NO DAMAGES:-)

They were on time and ready to work. Work very hard to load and unload truck within 2 hours. They did an excellent job. I would hire or recommend them to be hired. This was my first experience with this kind of service. Again excellent.
