I had a last minute need for movers during the busiest time of year, and Jason responded quickly and came through with availability with less than 24hrs notice. His team, William and Dylan, were efficient, polite, strategic and careful with my belongings. They listened, and followed my requests (orders? LOL) very well on where I wanted to have things set out. They were very professional and I would hire them again (in fact, would request them). I'm very impressed and happy with the move.

We ended up with 4 people showing up, when I expected 3, and though they brought equipment for moving the piano, they decided to use our dolly and broke it. Also, they left grooves in the floor downstairs from dragging the furniture. I would not use this service again.

They broke our treadmill. I called the owner and he was on vacation. I called back a couple of weeks later and said perhaps that you did not get the message, and he stated that he did but choose not to call e back. Then he said that he did not realize that we lived on an island and that this was already costing him money (like its my fault) Then he said that his people do not have experience with treadmills yet I pointed out before they came out that the treadmill was one of the things that needed to be taken apart and put back together. To this day the treadmill is sitting here and we are not able to use it. The lack of follow up and the attitude of this owner is deplorable. Plus the guys wanted to catch the ferry and never wanted to finish the job. They just put stuff where they wanted and not where we wanted it. I would say that this is the worst mover that we have experienced. I would never use this company again. The owner is not concerned with making customers happy but about his bottom line. Not good in the moving industry. It seemed that he was blaming us and not taking responsibility.

This company does unprofessional business. Sends people without experience and bring not enough supplies, I had to pay extra from my pocket. I have explained to the owner that I have big house and it will take long time to load and shrink wrap it, he told no problems, you can keep them as long as you want . They were very slow loading the truck, walking around telling each other stories, I had to ask them to hurry up couple of times . In 4 hours , they stopped covering my furniture the way they it needed and finally damaged my desk and lamp that are very expansive, dropped my table on the ground . It was crew from hell. Finally , they said they are tired and will not move my other furniture and they have to go. My closing is on Monday and 10% of the furniture is still in the house and it is Friday night. This is company from hell . STAY AWAY from this company.

Chris and Jared were awesome. They arrived on time with a hand truck and a skate, worked very efficiently, and were careful while being considerate that we were still packing the final room. My fiancee and I are grateful for their professionalism and sheer endurance as our job took almost twice as long as we thought it would. We will definitely call again and will recommend HAH and WMLS to friends. :)

They were on time, in fact a little early. They were pleasant ant went right to work and did not take a break or rest and finished in a little under 2 hours. There were a few boxes not put in the right room but I was talking with my realtor and they probably did not want to interrupt. Did not care for the tats and body piercings but that did not hamper the job any. Guess it was just my age and being conservative .

I can't thank Antonio and Andrew, aka the "A Team", for the hard work and patience they showed when we had to complete a last minute move. They were on time, fast, efficient, and completely organized! We could have never have accomplished our move without them! I would recommend them and WMLS to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful! We ended up having to place our pod much further away from our apartment than we originally planned (across the entire apartment complex!). I thought the move was going to end up taking twice as long (if not more) because of that.

The guys showed up on time and offered to drive their SUV back and forth from the pod to our apartment to save time. They went above and beyond my expectations. They worked hard, were careful with our items, and were very pleasant. I highly recommend them!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

After a client books with us we put you on our schedule and then we always call the client as the move gets close and confirm the details of the move to make sure that we fully understand the scope of the work to be performed. It's very important that we are on the same page with our clients and so we have learned through the years what the most important questions are to ask and facets of the move to go over with our clients.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

When it is move day for our clients we always call our clients when we are on our way to let them know we are on track for the move. We know how stressful it is to move and so we do everything we can to decrease the stress of our clients and this is one way we do that so they know they don't need to worry about us not showing up.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

It's very important that the client be as prepared for the move as much as possible to make sure that the move will go smoothly. The more packed up all the small items that need to go in boxes the faster the move will go which will end up saving you money on the move.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have helped nearly 5,000 moves since our company was founded in 2013. We have come across many types of situations over the years. We mostly do residential moves with standard household items. We have loaded and unloaded a great many POD's, ABF containers, U-pack cubes, U-haul trucks, Penske trucks, and Budget trucks for local moves and interstate moves.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

We love that we get to be the hero's of the moving world. We believe that we make a huge difference in the lives of the people in our community by providing the best possible customer experience to meet and exceed our clients expectations. We really feel like we show up and save the day by relieving the stress of our clients on a very stressful day of their lives and as we all know stress kills so we think we are saving lives :)

What training do you provide your crew members?

We have developed a 100 page training manual for our movers that we methodically keep track of where they are on their training. We also make sure that we are putting the new movers on the more simple jobs at first until they gain more experience. most of our movers have been with us for years and so they are very experienced and can handle most any situation that comes their way. The newer movers we always pair up with the experienced guys whenever they are on the more complicated and larger moves.
