When I saw coming toward my Condo I did not think they were movers. Kind of 'skinny' tall guys. low key, I thought
they can't be the movers. And when one of them said,
"I don't think the Storage Pod is big enough", I felt
disappointed. Then I saw them removing part of the metal fence and moving heavy desks and position them in a way
that start filling the Pod completely to the brim, I thought
these guys are working SMART and fast and carefully
position my heavy and valuable belongins, I was happy!!.
I was happy enough I will recommend them anytime,
and I will call them again to help me unload the Pods. And
they did the work in less than two hours. Incredible!!!!.

Arrived late due to car troubles, but gave us a discount. However, they were more than ready to go to work, and still completed the job ahead of schedule. They were very careful with our things ( hired to unload 2 large moving pods), and were very willing to place furniture where ever we needed. Definitely would use them again.

Our helpers arrived on time ready to work. Both were very polite and were knowledgeable about moving and packing furniture. Our job was fairly easy since it entailed only packing our furnishings in a "Pod" that would not be moved to another location. This eliminated the need for tie-downs, etc. to make the contents road worthy. (We are moving furniture out of the house for installation of hardwood floors.)
Both helpers were careful with our property - we would use them again and would give them our whole-hearted recommendation.

Antonio, Devon, and Brad from WMLS did the best job I have ever seen in moving. I had a difficult move because I had many boxes and also heavy furniture with a piano and an organ. I was also on the second story of a condo. Antonio, the lead, remedied every situation and moved my furniture and belongings undamaged and in a timely and careful manner. The three men were polite and really professional in how they handled the move. I highly recommend them as going above and beyond in their job. I would hire them again and be proud to recommend them to others.
They were on time, prepared for the job and the hardest workers that I have ever had the privilege to work with.

Chris and Jared were great. They were able to puzzle all my furniture into the POD storage unit that we had on the street which was amazing and they were very nice and helpful the whole time..would definitely use them again..

Andrew and Antonio were prompt and efficient. They wrapped our furniture, loaded up our storage units with boxes and tie downs, and finished early in 2 hours. Will definitely call Wash. Labor moving services again when we need help loading the rest of our furniture and unloading everything.

Devon and Jessie were great!
They arrived on time and were ready to go.
They were professonal and hard working. They took every means to be sure everything was loaded and secured in the container in such a way as to avoid damage, especially the glass curio cabinets and other similar items. They also had a great sense of humor which helped me through what was for me, a difficult day.
I would use them in a heart beat!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After a client books with us we put you on our schedule and then we always call the client as the move gets close and confirm the details of the move to make sure that we fully understand the scope of the work to be performed. It's very important that we are on the same page with our clients and so we have learned through the years what the most important questions are to ask and facets of the move to go over with our clients.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When it is move day for our clients we always call our clients when we are on our way to let them know we are on track for the move. We know how stressful it is to move and so we do everything we can to decrease the stress of our clients and this is one way we do that so they know they don't need to worry about us not showing up.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It's very important that the client be as prepared for the move as much as possible to make sure that the move will go smoothly. The more packed up all the small items that need to go in boxes the faster the move will go which will end up saving you money on the move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have helped nearly 5,000 moves since our company was founded in 2013. We have come across many types of situations over the years. We mostly do residential moves with standard household items. We have loaded and unloaded a great many POD's, ABF containers, U-pack cubes, U-haul trucks, Penske trucks, and Budget trucks for local moves and interstate moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love that we get to be the hero's of the moving world. We believe that we make a huge difference in the lives of the people in our community by providing the best possible customer experience to meet and exceed our clients expectations. We really feel like we show up and save the day by relieving the stress of our clients on a very stressful day of their lives and as we all know stress kills so we think we are saving lives :)
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have developed a 100 page training manual for our movers that we methodically keep track of where they are on their training. We also make sure that we are putting the new movers on the more simple jobs at first until they gain more experience. most of our movers have been with us for years and so they are very experienced and can handle most any situation that comes their way. The newer movers we always pair up with the experienced guys whenever they are on the more complicated and larger moves.
