I signed up for VicLu's services on a Friday evening via hire a helper online. I needed them the next morning at 11AM. After signing up, the website assured me i was good to go. Within the hour, the owner called and confirmed that two men would be at the apartment between 11 and 12 to unload the rental truck into the apartment. Frankly, i was prepared to them to be like an hour late. Instead they were 20 minutes early. We kept THEM waiting while getting the lease signed and getting the keys. The two guys they sent were just terrific. Two fine gentlemen that took no cigarette breaks and were nothing but polite. I would have been proud if either of them were my sons. And hey if you hire these folks, don't be cheap. Give them a tip I will never consider loading or unloading again, even if i rent a truck for a move. VicLu will be my go to mover in MD.
