The crew came on time and were eagle to do the work. Although they were hourly I did not see at any point they were trying to just burn time. Actually they moved right along until finished. I would get this help again any day of the week.

Traffic made them late but as soon as they pulled in they jumped to work after a brief instructions on where things went. They got the job done in less the 3 hours .Unloaded a 26 foot box truck full of house hold items including Antiques very nice easy to deal with asked if they were not sure which item went to what room stacked boxes so nothing would fall or break we could not have unloaded with out their help. When our place is built we want to use them again to move into our new home

They were polite and worked very hard, but were careless with some of our furniture. We asked to have the furniture be put on the truck first and then boxes (we had loaded boxes ourselves before they arrived). They chose to do what they wanted and not what we wanted. There was a large hole torn in the side of our couch as well as damage to two curio cabinets and a leg broken completely in half on an antique accent table. We had plenty of heavy packing blankets and they used only two of them.

A guy called me one day before moving and made sure by what time he should arrive at my home. And he knew they should be at my home by 8:00 am. But next day they did not show up and called them on and on. But they did not get the phone at all.
The company like this should be closed and go to hell. The USA is the country where all people respect each other and work hard by abiding the ethics of work. But this horrible company tries to steal money without serving customers.
This company must go hell and be cursed by evil, because they attempt to cheat innocent customers.
May evil curse this company forever.

They showed up a little later than we had all planned for and coordinated ahead of time on, but once there things moved along smoothly and promptly. They managed to move some challenging/heavy pieces in tight spots, so I was grateful for their hard work. They were very respectful of our things, and I would consider using them again overall.
