Eugene was prompt at communications before the move . On the morning of , 2 men , "T" and Vern arrived on time and ready to work . They were efficient and showed their knowledge and experience as they loaded my rental truck . They took great care protecting my treasures and appropriately laughing at my attempts at humor . I would definitely use Vicky Lu's again especially if "T" and Vern are the crew .

The person that contacted me to make the final arrangements was great. He was very friendly to talk with, and he had a lot of patience when I had questions. The two movers that showed up were frendly and patient as well, and it was evident that they were professionals; they knew what they were doing.
