They were able to take our same-day job after another reservation fell through. The were delayed arriving due to another job across town, but finished our job in half the time we expected. We arranged for four Helpers for 6-8 hours starting at 9am. Two arrived on time while two others had to report to finish a job from the day before. The two that arrived on time were excellent and eager to get item packed up a stage for packing the Truck. We were not as prepared as I hoped before they arrived, but the two helpers were excellent in attacking room be room the assist packing. Two more helpers arrived at 11 am and they coordinated a plan to finish packing and loading the truck. The Vicky Lu's team was excellent, handing our items with care and keeping us confident the job would get done. Their team leader, "T" was an experienced professional that really handled his team to work smart. In the end, our moved required more than 12 hours, the Vicky Lu's team did an outstanding job working until 11PM. I would use them again!

The most rewarding aspect of being a mover is the time spent with families during their transition to new lives. Observing their expressions as we meticulously move their belongings to their envisioned new destination is truly gratifying.

Our crew undergoes a series of training tutorials, including a Q&A session, before they receive hands-on training and are placed with a move mentor in the field.
