The guys were early and got started immediately. They did far more than I would have thought possible in the amount of time they were there. Great job Chris and G.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I hired two movers and only one mover showed up. It took two hours for another mover to show up. During the period of waiting for the other mover to show up my couch was attempted to be moved downstairs and major damage occurred to my home, as well as the couch. The door frame has cracked, multiple holes have been gouged into the wall, some breaking through the drywall. Multiple spots of paint have been scraped off the wall. It also bent some framing of the walls. Major repairs will need to be done in order to fix this. All of the damaged walls will need painted, new drywall will need to be installed, as well as a new door frame. I wish hire a helper would allow pictures to be added to reviews, that would show the extensive damage that was caused. I called the point of contact that hire a helper gave me for FUSE moving, Kenneth Robinson. He was not apologetic about the damages that were done, or the fact the other mover did not show up. If you want your move to go smoothly, and no damages to occur, I would highly recommend avoiding this company. The unfortunate thing is I read the reviews on this company and they seemed good. I can tell you from first-hand experience, avoid FUSE movers at all cost.
When the second guy arrives when they stop after initially going against my directives they get done in about 35mins. So 40mins + 35 mins is 75mins. Move was booked for 2hr min which is 120mins so all this could have been avoided and the items unloaded in less time that was reserved. I did everything possible to assure him that his move will still be completed in good time despite the initial delay of the second movers arrival.

I had requested two movers for a planned time and only one arrived. I called the company and they said they would revise my invoice rather than send another person. The mover was very kind but worked slowly as it was a job for two people. I would likely not use this company again -- though I did get refunded for the price of only helper.

My window was 9-10am. They arrived at 1:00 pm. The communication on the delay was poor. There were a few items slightly damaged but they did not accept fault. They did assemble a piece of furniture for me. I will not use them again.

These movers were excellent! On time, very friendly, and super hard workers who were able to handle all of our large furniture items and boxes despite the sweltering heat and humidity. Definitely recommend this company!

The workers Jordan and Tony, were not able to get there on time. They were scheduled for a start time of 10:00-11:00, and arrived at 12:15. But they stayed for the 3 hours I paid for and got a 26’ and a 15’ UHaul unloaded. They put everything where we asked and were very respectful of our property and our home. They were very courteous and professional. I would recommend them and I would hire them again myself.
