My guys showed up on time and took about 30-45 minutes to unload a pretty much full 12’ truck which exceeded my expectations for sure.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked this company through HireAHelper. Regret this decision. I paid for 4 movers for 3 hours. Two movers arrived over an hour late. The movers that did arrive, called their cousin to come help them. It was kinda a **** show. They also broke the leg off of a $200 Armoire and denied that it happened. Through conversation with the movers, I found out that the movers themselves are hired contractors for Fuse and actually have no idea who the other movers are, so it was a bunch of random guys loading stuff uncoordinated with one another. Wished I went with a professional moving company like All My Sons.... I know better for next time. Hope that you don't make the same mistake, as the quality of moving services makes a big difference.

The two movers arrived within the time-frame. I requested a dolly but they did not have one. I bought my own to the site. They may not have gotten the message. They worked very hard. It was over 95 degrees and I had to insist they sat in the truck for air conditioning. They were very respectful and even though they displayed exhaustion, they remained positive.. The only complaint I have is that they learn how to maneuver furniture in small areas. I had to get a more experienced mover to put my dresser in my bedroom and my large sofa through our framed family room,~. I would use them again. Thanks guys!

Only one mover, but he was fabulous. Emptied the truck in 1.5 hrs. By himself! He was very careful and was just a really friendly, amiable guy. The company offered me a discount because there was only one mover. Honestly, I wanted my furniture moved and it was moved!

The movers were nice and showed up on time. They loaded the truck in less then the time allotted. I just don’t feel they were very cautious with my furniture when I arrived at my destination things were not covered up as well as they should have been lots of scratches on things which I realize you’re gonna have some but I had a lot and one piece my desk was actually broken.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
