Our movers were a little late because they were finishing up another job. However, once they arrived they immediately got to work and were done un-packing our trailer within an hour. They were courteous and professional. They set up the bed frame and positioned all the furniture exactly where it needed to go. I would highly recommend Fuse Movers. It made what could have been a hard move easy!

Shawn and Sam were awesomesauce. I was so happy to see them (previous bad experience with movers) that I hugged them both. They busted out unloading the 16 ft. truck into our storage unit in less time than we thought, I am not even upset that I paid for an hour more than I needed. We will 1000% rebook for when we move our stuff out of storeage to our new house.

The two guys who showed up were awesome. They unloaded a 26ft truck in two hours and got it all where I wanted it. Couldn't ask for much more.

Not overly impressed. The crew we got we’re not very efficient in u loading the truck. I had to be the brain behind the unload. The crew leader kept trying to leave furniture items in the driveway while it was raining and I kept having to ask them to not do that (wood furniture + rain - damage). We ended up with a broken dresser due to him trying to be a hero and take our dresser down the ramp alone rather than asking for help.
Just not a lot of motivation from the crew to get the job done. I would expect people who do this all the time to be efficient and smart about things but even just carrying a dresser in with the drawers facing up, obviously that won’t work going up the stairs but the crew leader had to try it.
I give 3 stars because they did get the job done in the end and they were nice guys, no issues with them being rude or anything at all like that.

Only one person showed up - they were ok. Only received 25% discount - should of been 50%. They said we have a 2 man/2 hour minimum and I said true but only one showed up!!

My guys showed up on time and took about 30-45 minutes to unload a pretty much full 12’ truck which exceeded my expectations for sure.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked this company through HireAHelper. Regret this decision. I paid for 4 movers for 3 hours. Two movers arrived over an hour late. The movers that did arrive, called their cousin to come help them. It was kinda a **** show. They also broke the leg off of a $200 Armoire and denied that it happened. Through conversation with the movers, I found out that the movers themselves are hired contractors for Fuse and actually have no idea who the other movers are, so it was a bunch of random guys loading stuff uncoordinated with one another. Wished I went with a professional moving company like All My Sons.... I know better for next time. Hope that you don't make the same mistake, as the quality of moving services makes a big difference.
