First experience was so great that I hired them again to finish moving boxes into the POD. They ended up fitting everything and again, super friendly and enjoyable to be around.

This review is based on the fact that they did not honestly communicate that they would not be able to fit my household items in the pod. They made promises that things would fit and then left at the end, left without saying they had not loaded my pots, pans, glassware, spices, cups, etc. They said they would fit my tools in if I would remove them from a tool chest. Instead the tools didnt fit and they got a tool chest, electric grill, power washer and other items. Mr Holland didnt seem interested enough in the situation to turn down the TV in the background when I called him. Do not hire this service
