The three movers did a good job of moving my furniture out of the pod. They were polite and worked hard. The problem was with their boss, Mr. Holland, who kept calling them because he had booked another job for them later on in the day. He even wanted them to leave my job and come back another day. Then there were problems with the price. He had sent a third man without my asking him to, and I ended up having to pay for him. In the end I paid twice as much as the agreed upon price. Very irritating and unprofessional.

The two workers arrived on time and had everything they needed for the job. The two guys worked very hard and used the time I hired them for wisely. My moving truck was packed full and they did a great job of using every bit of space. My only complaint would be that they didn’t pay attention to boxes marked as fragile so some items were smashed or broken. I would use them again but watch them as they stacked boxes.

They stole items at my house while moving boxes. Be careful always watch them and do not leave any electronic items unsecured

I hired Holland Real Estate Services to unload and move us in to a 3rd floor apartment. My movers were Josh, Gio, & Cory, and they were great in communicating their arrival time, they were respectful and patient even though we had large furniture and there was no elevator and it was 100% humidity.
When I move one of my major concerns is that it will take more than the time I have booked the movers for. Josh, Gio, & Cory finished 10 minutes early! That goes a long way with me. I have had other movers in the past who took more time than they needed just so they could charge me for another hour. Not Holland Real Estate Services; these guys are honest and super working. Thank you!
