Hire a helper is great.
This helper company however is not.
Very slow workers. Took 2 hours longer than should have. Stood around at different times for a total of an hour. Said had to figure out how to load truck. Had 26 foot truck for two BR Apt.
one helper was helping other neighbors load their trucks and carry stuff up stairs for them. Don’t know if he was getting paid on the side. But was not spending his time loading my truck. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THIS BAD EXPERIENCE.

The mover Larry, Stole some insecticides from the garage. He also rode my bike out of the house, He did not have my permission to do so. It’s an expensive bike. He dragged an antique across the driveway. I could have killed him. He was disrespectful in every way.
Also the movers did not have tools with them so they used mine. They did not bring stretch wrap, So they used my tape on expensive furniture. I called a relative to bring me shrink wrap, But they would not wait for it. Wrapping furniture with tape was a sign of a cheap fly by night moving company. My furniture now has tape markings all over it.
I will never use them again. And will write a complaint to the better business bureau. Hire a helper should pay more attention to who they list. It is just as much hire a helper fault in my opinion

It takes a lot to impress me but these guys were fabulous! Forget the fact that they covered me when I messed up the registration booking. They helped me out. The guys arrived on time; were cheerful, pleasant, and got right to work. They packed a puzzle-perfect container and left me with room to spare. I would highly recommend them.

Helpers were careless with their handling of our items. They damaged multiple items in our garage, and terribly packed our POD. We ended up hiring a moving crew for the next day to handle our items from inside house to avoid liability of more broken and mid-handled items.

Robbie and Bobby came to our home on time and started to work right away. They packed our Pod in the most organized and efficient way possible...and they did the entire 16 foot long Pod in three hours...unbelievable!!
They were very polite and professional in everything they did for us. We highly recommend them!
