From the initial call to initiate the service Mr. Holland provided excellent customer service, when the crew arrived they were on time, informative, and provided top notch service. The only downfall with this company is that they are not in my new city to unload for me....(just wishful thinking) I would definitely recommend them with highest regard and look forward for the opportunity to utilize them myself again!!

Bobby and Robbie showed up on time and ready to work. They first took the time to go through all the items that I needed them to move and also discussed which container to load first. They were very courteous and ready to get started. They worked hard and finished up about a half hour earlier than planned. They were very respectful of our furniture and my family. I really appreciate all they did and would definitely hired them again, and recommend them.

Josh and his helper were super! Very friendly and did such a nice job making sure all the items were placed so nothing would get damaged even though they were sent to the job with only one dolly and no other tools. They were on time, hard workers and very respectful of Mom and her belongings. Thank you!

Initially, we were told that the movers would arrive by 8am. This was important because we have PODS movers showing up early as well. The movers arrived well after 8:20.
I was at work that day, so my wife stayed home to supervise the moving. She had to stay on the movers all morning to actually move things into the POD. The POD mover was patiently waiting. In the first 45 minutes of the move, 2 mattress were placed in the POD. When my wife asked them to please have more urgency, they huffed at her and acted very rude.
Several of our items were damaged because of careless packing. A huge scratch was made across our main entertainment center. We will no longer be able to use it. The owners comment was "that's the price of doing business." The movers brought no tools or equipment. My wife had to unpack boxes of tools for them to disassemble the bed frame.
On several occasions, one of the movers laid on the floor and took a nap in my son's bedroom. My wife snapped a picture. He also laid on the stairs for a while, and took a 15 pit stop in the bathroom. We had agreed to a three hour move and they were making very little progress towards getting the POD packed up for removal. Each time my wife asked them to hurry more, they grunted and made comments under their breath. This went on for the entire time they were in our home.
While moving, she offered them water and food. The workers went over the 3 hour limit and we were going to be charged for the extra 30 minutes. When the moving was done, one of the work the workers approached my wife and demanded, "So how much cash are you going to give us?" She was very upset by this. The workers left in an extremely rude manner. The owner, James, did not act concerned by anything that occurred during our move. He did take off the extra 30 minutes. But he made no effort to correct the scratched furniture or the extremely rude behavior of his employees.
I would certainly not recommend Holland's services to anyone. We will be employing a new company to move into our new home.

The moving crew was on time and were well-prepared for loading 4 moving pods. They worked hard and were extremely respectful of our property and goods. A special thank you to Bobby and Robbie who were extremely professional and did an outstanding job! I highly recommend Holland and especially Bobby and Robbie!

Bobby and Robby were prompt, very courteous and professional. They took great care in wrapping everything and stacking it nearly in the POD. They were pleasant to talk to and took great pride in their work. I wish I could have them in Tyler when I unload the POD. I would highly recommend them and their company, Holland Real Estate Services.
