They don’t know what they’re doing. After packing the pod, miserably, my son and his friends had to take everything out and repack (and were able to pack most of the stuff the “helpers” told me wouldn’t fit).
They didn’t know how to disconnect the washer and dryer from the faucets (yes, I’m not joking).
They told me they would bring tools and would disassemble furniture. They didn’t.
But, worst of all, they went into an off-limits zone and stole money ($250) from my wife’s purse, that would pay the cleaning lady. Not happy with that, they said the tip she gave them was not enough.
Unpaid these guys 513 dollars for three hours of “work”. No, wait, I paid them $763, with what they took from my wife.
In conclusion: don’t ever hire these creeps.

Mover's response:
I am sorry! that you had to allege something of this nature about the company, but calling names, placing people in groups is not going to solve the problem, let the investigation go forward so we can find the truth, whether it is missing or not.it could be other reasons.

They were on time and worked hard. They did not take the same care in preparing items to be loaded such as wrapping furniture as was done previously.

The day the movers were supposed to show up, it rained quite heavily from time to time. The original time of 10am was moved up to 8am (which is when I got to the house), but because of rain, it was pushed back to 10am again. Then they had trouble finding the house, so they didn't actually start until 12:20pm. I wasn't too happy with having to wait the extra 4+ hours.

So, yeah, bad (and late) start. But they jumped into the move with gusto and I only had a small container. I asked them to do what was needed to get everything to fit, and I have to say they did a wonderful job. Even now, I don't know how they got it all in there. They were careful, and only one did they bump the wall at all. They also worked fast. I had set aside 2 hours for the move, but they had it done in slightly more than 1 hours. Overall, an efficient team.

Despite the long wait and having to move all the items in the rain, they did an outstanding job and will use them again.

Excellent service. We hired them to load our UPack Relocube and they did so very quickly and packed it efficiently. They were experienced and responsive to our needs. The man I spoke with on the phone (James, I believe) was flexible.

They did a good job organizing the pod, were very friendly and worked hard. They did break the top of my China cabinet and I’m shocked that I have not heard from the company. The gentleman took pictures and sent it to his boss but I haven’t heard anything from then. I would like to know how they will take care if it when we get the pod with my belongings. But overall they were great!
