The two young men that came did everything they could and knew how to make our experience pleasant and smooth. But unfortunately the person on the phone asked me what was being moved were there any flights of stairs I said yes one flight of stairs and if they would be moving the treadmill up the flight of steps unfortunately my treadmill did not get moved but I do not charge this to the movers I charge this to the person on the phone would I recommend this company or use this company again yes

First I was sick with nerves most of the time they were there. (In bathroom) They would have done a much better job if I could have supervised. So I can't really say anything bad about them because of the conditions. Just happy they showed up!

They worked quickly and were careful of my belongings.

The only negative was the booker did not quote my job correctly, underestimating the size of the job so the movers had to be booked for a second day and an additional charge.

Movers were in a bit of a hurry the second day and forgot to close the window and back door of the old property, which could have been a big problem.

30 min late. Didn't seem professional and didn't seem to be very respectful of my property/items, but they were polite and everything seemed secure and intact upon unloading. Extra points for being able to send someone at the last minute + the manager was very good on the phone. 3.5 stars.

I used Triple Berry for a quick loading job of some items in storage prior to a cross-country move. I appreciated the ability to make an appointment on short notice after my existing plans fell through, and appreciated the abilities of the movers to flawlessly carry my giant couch up from the basement.

Perhaps this was a function of having a late-afternoon appointment and the movers having worked all day, but I feel like parts of the move could have been a bit more efficient. There were also a few boxes of dishes and other heavy items placed near the top of the stack, some of which fell over during the move, but thankfully nothing was damaged.

Triple Berry moving were excellent The 2 young men that they sent were 5 star. They showed up on time, loaded and unloaded everything perfectly. They worked the entire time, didn’t stand around, weren’t on there phone. They came and did their job and left. I will use them again!!!!

Damon and his crew with Triple Berry were great. They were very respectful, worked quickly and diligently, and listened when we gave some instructions on how we wanted stuff moved. Their window for arrival was 9am-10am; they arrived at 10:15 which made me a little nervous but they got busy doing the work right away. I would definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

When booking with Wild Safari Moving, you can expect to receive excellent communication from our team pertaining to your move. Making this transition as smooth as possible for you. You can also expect a team full of trustworthy movers, we all want to know that our valuables are being treated with the best care and we want to ensure you that we will do just that.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

On moving day, expect to receive a courtesy call with a three hour window gap of times that work best for you. When our movers are in route they will call you to inform you of their ETA. Once movers have arrived expect to give a brief walk through of what you would like us to accomplish for you, and from there on out, expect for our movers to get the job done for you efficiently and in a timely manner.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

On moving day, we ask that customers prepare by having belongings packed, if we are not the ones packing for you. Labeling boxes of locations (ex. kitchen, dining, bedroom). Also, briefly going over Triple Berry's moving guidelines of things we are not allowed to move for liability purposes.

What types of moves have you handled?

In the past Wild Safari Moving has successfully completed Local moves as well as long distance moves. We also provide loading, packing, unloading and unpacking.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

A mover deals with different situations on a daily basis. No move nor customer is the same, but when you are able to help your customers complete a stressful task by the end of the move they are smiling and happy with the service they received,it makes it all worth it. That's the best part about being a mover for Triple Berry Moving.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide on-line training for our movers to stay updated on new moving techniques. We also have hands-on training for our movers so that they know proper lifting techniques and are properly trained to care for our customers.
