The hiring movers were scheduled to arrive between 11 am-12. They called early in the morning and said they would be by around 8:50, which made it a chicken run for us in the morning as it was a bit tricky due to other plans we had with the moving, but fortunately we were able to get there in time and have the unloading done. The movers were really careful and thoughtful in moving the furniture up the stairs and around th house as well as following the directions given.
Service was done in less than 2 hours as previously forecasted. Great service. Definitely recommend but be aware of the times.

Arrival time was 9-10 a.m. and we received a phone call at 9:00 saying they would arrive in 45 minutes. Arrived at 10:15 , I was getting nervous. Originally I hired 317 Movers (2months in advance) they cancelled the day before the move). I was nervous when I had to change movers at the last minute. When the 2 men arrived , I showed them the 3 rooms that had items in. They loaded and packed everything in 45 minutes. The only issue I had was they ripped the back of the queen size mattress! I imagine as they were putting it in the haul. The 12 foot trailer was packed well, nothing shifted in the two hour drive to our home! We were extremely happy with this company!!!!

I hired two mover for two hours scheduled scheduled to start between 8-9 am. The move took only an hour, they were very fast and friendly throughout the move. However at the end of the time I asked if they would mind moving the furniture into place since I still had time left. The man I was speaking to told me they had to hurry because they had ordered an Uber already. I found this unprofessional and annoying, there was still an hour left and their supervisor had ok’ed the furniture placement.

We had a bit of an issue with the timing of the movers arriving. I worked with Kenny at Triple Berry Moving on the phone to resolve the issue and we ended up with 3 helpers that all did a great job of packing our moving truck. In the end, they worked with us to make it all work out.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When booking with Wild Safari Moving, you can expect to receive excellent communication from our team pertaining to your move. Making this transition as smooth as possible for you. You can also expect a team full of trustworthy movers, we all want to know that our valuables are being treated with the best care and we want to ensure you that we will do just that.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, expect to receive a courtesy call with a three hour window gap of times that work best for you. When our movers are in route they will call you to inform you of their ETA. Once movers have arrived expect to give a brief walk through of what you would like us to accomplish for you, and from there on out, expect for our movers to get the job done for you efficiently and in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, we ask that customers prepare by having belongings packed, if we are not the ones packing for you. Labeling boxes of locations (ex. kitchen, dining, bedroom). Also, briefly going over Triple Berry's moving guidelines of things we are not allowed to move for liability purposes.
What types of moves have you handled?
In the past Wild Safari Moving has successfully completed Local moves as well as long distance moves. We also provide loading, packing, unloading and unpacking.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
A mover deals with different situations on a daily basis. No move nor customer is the same, but when you are able to help your customers complete a stressful task by the end of the move they are smiling and happy with the service they received,it makes it all worth it. That's the best part about being a mover for Triple Berry Moving.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide on-line training for our movers to stay updated on new moving techniques. We also have hands-on training for our movers so that they know proper lifting techniques and are properly trained to care for our customers.
