They verfied the move with us the day before and said they would be there between 9 and 10 - I stressed we would like them there as close to 9 as possible. They said they always try to arrive at the earliest time.
Moving day arrived and at 10:10 no one had shown up or called and they were not reachable (mailbox full)- I got on the phone with hire a helper to try and schedule an immediate replacement. At 10:20 I get a call from one of the movers stating he had just gotten a call from dispatch to come in on his day off and move us. He said he could be there in 40-45 minutes. Since he was going to arrive prior to anything else I could schedule - I agreed. We booked 3 movers for 3 hours. Guess what only 2 movers showed up. Now not only were they late but they were short handed.
The 2 guys who showed up did a great job and were very attentive to our needs. It took double the time it should have and caused us a bit of anxiety.

Arrived 15 minutes after the arrival window but not a big deal, they got right to work and got a very full 16’ container unloaded in less than 2 hours. They were courteous and careful. They came prepared with a dolly. I would recommend.

The three man team successfully and efficiently moved two upright pianos from a truck into my home including one down a flight of stairs to a basement. They additionally moved about 100 boxes either upstairs, downstairs or into the first floor area from my garage (from a prior household delivery) and finally they unloaded and sorted as we went moving some items into storage and others into a 26 foot uhaul into my garage. They were respectful, friendly, on time and practiced safety precautions as necessary due to COVID-19.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When booking with Wild Safari Moving, you can expect to receive excellent communication from our team pertaining to your move. Making this transition as smooth as possible for you. You can also expect a team full of trustworthy movers, we all want to know that our valuables are being treated with the best care and we want to ensure you that we will do just that.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, expect to receive a courtesy call with a three hour window gap of times that work best for you. When our movers are in route they will call you to inform you of their ETA. Once movers have arrived expect to give a brief walk through of what you would like us to accomplish for you, and from there on out, expect for our movers to get the job done for you efficiently and in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, we ask that customers prepare by having belongings packed, if we are not the ones packing for you. Labeling boxes of locations (ex. kitchen, dining, bedroom). Also, briefly going over Triple Berry's moving guidelines of things we are not allowed to move for liability purposes.
What types of moves have you handled?
In the past Wild Safari Moving has successfully completed Local moves as well as long distance moves. We also provide loading, packing, unloading and unpacking.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
A mover deals with different situations on a daily basis. No move nor customer is the same, but when you are able to help your customers complete a stressful task by the end of the move they are smiling and happy with the service they received,it makes it all worth it. That's the best part about being a mover for Triple Berry Moving.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide on-line training for our movers to stay updated on new moving techniques. We also have hands-on training for our movers so that they know proper lifting techniques and are properly trained to care for our customers.
