I was called away for work but my wife said it seemed the movers worked slow, when we arrived on the other end of our move I opened the truck and was surprised to find the load appeared to have been loaded well at the front of the truck but not so much so in the back of the truck.

They ran late due to weather problems but did a.great job on e they arrived

The guys were very nice. They did a good job. We did not get a big enough POD for our stuff so they had to rearrange several times. There was some miscommunication about the paper pads. The only thing I am worried about is they did tip the washing machine over. I am worried it is broken. We will find out after we move in.

The guys were cordial, careful and hard working. I would be happy to have this crew again for future moves. The only knock was that they did not call ahead of time to confirm their ETA.

I will start by admitting we did not call to complain because I know that will be their first rebuttal. The reason is due to the fact that we had a long priority list to check off over the next few weeks. Moving half way across the country is difficult in countless ways. We scheduled three movers for 4 hours once we arrived at our final destination. Two of the 3 younger men did all the work. They were very hard workers. I don't recall their names but can describe one with a long beard and the other one as a young man. The third man spent the entire time talking on his cell phone, texting, initiating conversation with us. He conjured up any excuse possible in order to not move anything. I could see the other two getting frustrated and don't blame them. I will not hire this company again.

The two workers were very courteous, professional and very careful with our belongings. I have asked if they could come back and move our belongings back in the house when the repairs are done.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will reach out to provide you excellent service from start to finish. We will listen to your needs and act to get your move taken care of as smooth as possible
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call/text you in route to your location, set home protection down to ensure no damage to property. Disassemble your furniture/appliances. Blanket and shrink wrap them, load/unload, and full set up
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure if we need to bring any packing materials for tvs, lamps, glass tops, pictures/mirrors, or mattress covers. If not have everything off the tops of furniture. Put all important documents, money, jewelry in your car prior to our arrival, Put all personal items you want to move in one location/area

local, long distance, office moves, baby grand pianos, upright pianos, safes, pool tables, hot tubs

What training do you provide your crew members?
12 hours of packing with trainer, 12 hours of prepping furniture, and 6months minimum before they can become a driver/crew leader. Most of our crew leaders have been with us 5-10years.
