Relocation with Baby Huey's Moving
We move residential, apartments, and offices. We hire trustworthy,professional,clean cut,dependable employees that passed a drug/background check. We have been moving in the San Antonio area, Austin area, Katy,Houston area for more the 10yrs. We are Licensed and Insured in case of an unfortunate accident. They were right on time which was extremely important to us because we had a deadline. The guys were well prepared and worked nonstop. I would definitely use them again.

While the movers arrived later than scheduled by about 15 minutes. Given a window of 10am to 11am.
They got started and worked till completion.
I had a 26' box truck with household items and furniture and they were done within the two hour minimum. The two workers were respectful and worked hard. I will likely use this service again.

Nope, will never use them again. I just had my container delivered on 3/2/15 that was packed by Baby Huey's Moving last summer and held in commercial storage. At least 95% of all furniture and appliances were damaged in some way. The handles were broken off my refrigerator, washer/dryer scratched and dented, rub marks or wood broken off on most furniture. Huge splinter in one piece of furniture. Some pieces were not wrapped or padded--wood on wood or metal on wood. Will see how well my claim is handled. 3/10/15 UPDATE: Baby Huey's is refusing to pay anything.

They showed up on time
They kept moving and we could barely stay ahead of them as we were packing, they were loading
It took them 1-1/2 hours longer, but they only had 3 men not the original 4 men that were ordered
They wrapped all the furniture with blankets, in fact we ran out. They brought boxes and packing tape

One worker arrived and was very professional (Ethan?). The other had car trouble and was unable to make it at all, so they were not able to provide service, as our contract required two movers for our furniture. They offered to reschedule to the following day, but that didn't work with our plans, so we ended up moving everything ourselves. The worker said this wasn't the first time this had happened to him, and was very apologetic. I think they should require the workers to travel together to avoid this type of incident.

Ethan and Malcolm called in advance to let me know what time they would arrive. They were on time and prepared for the job, even in the misty rain and cold. They were respectful of my home and property and were extremely polite to not only us, but also each other. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy with where all items were located, and even rearranged several pieces. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. right on time, great attitude and attention to detail. had all the materials needed, worked consistently until job was finished. very pleasant, great crew and supervisor...would use them again and have them scheduled for Sat, Jan 3rd for short haul.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will reach out to provide you excellent service from start to finish. We will listen to your needs and act to get your move taken care of as smooth as possible
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call/text you in route to your location, set home protection down to ensure no damage to property. Disassemble your furniture/appliances. Blanket and shrink wrap them, load/unload, and full set up
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure if we need to bring any packing materials for tvs, lamps, glass tops, pictures/mirrors, or mattress covers. If not have everything off the tops of furniture. Put all important documents, money, jewelry in your car prior to our arrival, Put all personal items you want to move in one location/area
What types of moves have you handled?
local, long distance, office moves, baby grand pianos, upright pianos, safes, pool tables, hot tubs

What training do you provide your crew members?
12 hours of packing with trainer, 12 hours of prepping furniture, and 6months minimum before they can become a driver/crew leader. Most of our crew leaders have been with us 5-10years.
