Dennis kept in touch: confirmation immediately after booking. Called me the evening before to be sure POD had been delivered and called me the next morning give me an ETA. My movers were John and James. Both were professional, courteous, listened well. They wrapped my scratchable , nickable furniture thouroughly with plastic and taped packing blankets (I provided) to completely cover furniture. POD was packed squarely and tightly, goods fit like puzzle pieces. They were hardworking and efficient, didn't "milk the clock" at all. They cleaned up and made sure I was pleased with results. I highly recommend.

From the onset of making the call to Hire A Helper for recommendations for help in unloading a couple of PODS, to the end of the job, everything went well. These guys were awesome! In and out in under an hour for a 7x7x8 pod that was full. They were polite, careful and worked hard to find the best way to make my move happen fast and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

They were on time and did an awesome job packing our items for a 1600 mile move. All furniture was wrapped and packed tightly into the truck. We had ZERO damage after three days on the road! I highly recommend Baby Huey's Moving to anyone in the Houston area!

The gentleman I spoke with initially was great and courteous but the actual movers were not. The lead mover wasn't friendly and had a bit of a attitude. The other two movers were fine. We have damage and because of the way they removed screws (they didn't tape them to the furniture they removed it from) we are currently having a hard time finding screws.

I was ridiculously impressed by the crew that came to my house. They packed AND loaded the trailers, and just did a terrific job! I was overwhelmed by how fast they did everything, and additionally how well we got along. I really appreciated their attention to detail in caring for my stuff, and ensuring everything was well packed. Awesome guys, truly just awesome! You get what you pay for, and this was well worth it. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will reach out to provide you excellent service from start to finish. We will listen to your needs and act to get your move taken care of as smooth as possible
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call/text you in route to your location, set home protection down to ensure no damage to property. Disassemble your furniture/appliances. Blanket and shrink wrap them, load/unload, and full set up
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure if we need to bring any packing materials for tvs, lamps, glass tops, pictures/mirrors, or mattress covers. If not have everything off the tops of furniture. Put all important documents, money, jewelry in your car prior to our arrival, Put all personal items you want to move in one location/area

What training do you provide your crew members?
12 hours of packing with trainer, 12 hours of prepping furniture, and 6months minimum before they can become a driver/crew leader. Most of our crew leaders have been with us 5-10years.
