They guys with All in One Moving did a great job! They moved our things carefully and didn’t cause any damage. They even helped us put the bed skirt on! Would definitely hire again!

The guys were on time (early in fact), and got right to it. They were courteous and professional, and got everything downstairs and into the POD.
But they couldn’t fit everything in the POD.
Not exactly their fault. We had a lot of items. But we’d had the very same items fit the last time we moved. Of course, different crew on that move; maybe better packers, we got lucky, I don’t know.
Had to hire U-Pack to pick up the last 20 items. Anyhow, it is what it is. Suggestion to movers: if three people are hired, maybe one could be exclusively for packing, especially on tight packs like mine. I think having someone there to really concentrate on getting everything in would be advantageous to everyone involved. A subjective suggestion? Perhaps. But worth a try?
All in One schlepped some pretty darn heavy objects down some pretty tight stairs. They were strong and did a good job overall. Polite and professional.
Thank you for working with us, You had quite a bit of items coming out of a 2 bed home, you mentioned you lived in the house for three years and in my experience doing this people do accumulate more items when they stay in one place for a while even if they do not realize it. The guys packed everything in very tightly (I have photos as does hire a helper), Those guys In Virginia Beach must have worked magic because i would hire them in a heartbeat! These guys have worked for me for quite a while and are excellent at what they do, When the pod was completely loaded and tied down there were 4 pieces of wood furniture (footboard, and three nightstands) and plenty boxes left after packing in the pod. Since your apartment was on the third floor, the guys purged everything out of your home and brought it down making sure that the items were wrapped up and safe to load, We did have all three guys packing and securing the pod after the home was empty. Our movers were wonderful! They did a fantastic job. They were on time and finished within the time I had allotted. They were careful with all our items and with the property we were moving out of. I was amazed by how well they packed both of our Pods. I would definitely hire them again.

Josu and Team were great to work with. On time and very careful of unloading and moving boxes to their proper location with in the home. They also went the extra mile to help unbox Washer, Dryer and refrigerator. I will recommend them to any one who asks and will use them again when needed.

These guys that showed up were wonderful! Even with snow on the ground they worked very hard, nothing was damaged and they were very patient! They got the job done within the two hours and were available last minute when another mover bailed out on me. I will use all in one moving when I move my parents from California. You guys were wonderful!

We were to expect them between 3-4 pm..... they did not show up until 5:30pm..... they were in a hurry to get done for the day, therefore I ended up with scratches on my big beautiful entertainment center, drywall marks on my couch and my entryway had damage to the drywall ..... for 45 minutes of service I was charged for 2 hours..... would not do business with them again!
I’m sorry, we were a little bit backed up due to the snow that came in, We did call you and let you know that the time was going to be late because of the delay, When we spoke to you you informed us that it would take at the most an hour to complete what you had, we had floor runners down and the guys told you that your sofa would not fit going up the stairs, You insisted that the handrail be taken off, due to liability we did not remove it and you did until you stripped the screws off, we ended up removing the screws at the end. Hire a helper has a 2 hour minimum for all jobs, yours took about an hour, Please contact me and i would be more than happy to talk to you concerning everything.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact the customer and customize the move to fit the customers needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will have the movers show up within the pre arranged time ready to go with all moving gear.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
As a customer, we recommend that all boxes are labeled and ready to go. One thing that we do emphasize is that the customer provides plenty of moving blankets, rope or tie down straps and tape. Our main goal is to make sure that your belongings do not get damaged. We will happily wrap your items in moving blankets and make sure that your belongings will not get damaged.
What types of moves have you handled?
In our many years in business, we have handled quite a few local moves (100 mile radius), plenty of long distance cross country moves and corporate/office moving.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love interacting with the customer, It helps us get to know how we can make the next customers experience better, we are more than happy to give advice on moving. We understand that this is a very stressful time and we have personally been through it too.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide plenty of hands on training with other crew members, many of our crew members have previous experience with national moving companies and are experienced in the moving industry.
