They were in a huge rush. I booked them for 3 hours- they left in 2 hours. I watched one guy drop an art painting that had fragile stickers all over it because he was in a hurry, look at me and say- “oh was that glass?” Another running in carrying a shelving unit, some of the shelves fell out and they just left it on the ground (he saw it for sure) , several trips later it was still there, until another guy picked it up, but he didn’t know where it went- and I didn’t know where the first guy out the shelf. One guy asked me where I wanted a cabinet, I said in the dinning room, he said “no.” and then laughed at me when I looked shocked. I’m still trying to find things because nothing is in the rooms it was labeled for, and nothing was stacked. It’s was all just dumped every which way. The worst is we had taped screws for our bed careful onto the headboards. He told me he saw them and put them in the house. I have no idea where they are and have been looking for 2 days.
I will say they were fast. If that is what you need, these are your guys. Also one of them was very polite to me, he was really respectful of our things and was the one that seemed to be picked up after the others and working carefully.
I am sorry you felt this way, when i spoke to you everything was going well, You booked 3 guys for 3 hours, since there was a large snowstorm on the way we provided a 4th man at no additional charge, they unloaded 26 feet a little sooner into a townhome, which is typical of the time. You never informed me of the issues you were having, even asking you, If these problems were known of i would have helped you out right there, Most of your items went into the garage right from the trailer, Everything was done within our typical time range as we were not rushing with 4 men and did your move a day ahead of time, the guys all received a tip and all under the impression things went well, my leader Tim did inform me they couldn’t put one of the beds together and the guys stated they could not

These guys were excellent 100%. I moved from Wisconsin to Idaho and due to weather, highway closures causing detours and delaying my moving arrival because I was moving in the middle of winter. From originally 2-3 days to the final trip being 5 days. These guys were able to work with me and were very understanding. Finally when I arrived they showed up spot on time. We're very kind and professional, they handled all my items with care. I will hands down use them again and again and again if need be. Incredible work. Well done All in One Moving!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact the customer and customize the move to fit the customers needs.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will have the movers show up within the pre arranged time ready to go with all moving gear.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
As a customer, we recommend that all boxes are labeled and ready to go. One thing that we do emphasize is that the customer provides plenty of moving blankets, rope or tie down straps and tape. Our main goal is to make sure that your belongings do not get damaged. We will happily wrap your items in moving blankets and make sure that your belongings will not get damaged.
What types of moves have you handled?
In our many years in business, we have handled quite a few local moves (100 mile radius), plenty of long distance cross country moves and corporate/office moving.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love interacting with the customer, It helps us get to know how we can make the next customers experience better, we are more than happy to give advice on moving. We understand that this is a very stressful time and we have personally been through it too.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide plenty of hands on training with other crew members, many of our crew members have previous experience with national moving companies and are experienced in the moving industry.
